I went to buy a birthday present for my girl friend today. It was our first time to be in a GUCCI store.. Customer service was exceptional. Katherine Xie was the client advisor and she interacted with us in a very friendly, polite and positive way.

If you are looking for the popular classic designs, you can visit here to avoid the lines at the Collin St and Chatstone stores. I got help straight away, and even though Katie was new, she was very polite and helpful and the other staffs helped her too even though they were busy. I can see a great teamwork there. Very happy with my bag purchase today😊
