CrossFit Ocean Grove

Friendly team with a great facility and coaching. I dropped in for 2 days while I was down in Ocean Grove, CF OG was so accommodating and have an open gym timeslot which was perfect for me to hit my own training before jumping in on their class. Will definitely be coming back when I’m down that way again :) Maddy and Jeremy have set up a nice little space where everyone of all skill levels can be catered for.

I visited CrossFit Ocean Grove while I was on holidays. The coaches were great and gave me lots of new tips. And the members were really welcoming. Really enjoyed my week there.

I started with an Introduction to CrossFit promotion. As a woman in her 50’s, I was very nervous about joining as I have had some specific sport injuries in the past. Jeremy, Maddy and the coaches have been super careful to make sure that I don’t injure myself again, every session and I really appreciate the encouragement and support they all give me! The emails, text messages and apps are informative and really helpful. And I love the friendly community they have created- it’s so good I would highly recommend it 👊

We are visiting from Sydney and everyone at CrossFit Ocean Grove made us feel so welcome. Awesome vibe. The gym is fantastic- open, great equipment and intuitive to move around and find what you’re looking for. Tough workout too…which you want (except after you’ve started!). And to top it off, great music. Definitely will come back. Thank you for having us 🙌🏼👊🏼

Very warm and welcoming environment. Gym is a big and versatile space with every piece of equipment you need. Myself and my partner dropped in from QLD for a few days and absolutely loved it. We will be back for sure! Thanks for having us legends 🙏🙏

I trained at CFOG when staying in Ocean Grove.

Found an awesome community, everyone was really welcoming and went out of their way to introduce themselves.

Great coaches who took that little bit of time to get to know me, experience, injuries etc.. and were always actively coaching during classes.

And a fantastic setup, clean, spacious, well maintained equipment and an awesome outdoor rig!

I love CrossFit Ocean Grove! It’s the most friendly and welcoming gym on the Bellarine Peninsula. The gym is organised and clean with great facilities including a sauna and showers. And the coaches are very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, fit and all have beautiful smiles. I came to CrossFit Ocean Grove for a drop in!
I jumped in on a 6am class and loved it.
Jeremy is an elite coach that caters and accommodates for all fitness levels.

The facility is brand new and everything about this place should encourage anyone who is interested to give it a go!

Definitely be my go-to when i visit again!

I really can't recommend CF OG highly enough. The expertise from the coaches is second to none and their passion for helping their members achieve their goals is outstanding.
The community and the vibe is truly remarkable.

I had the pleasure of dropping in to Cross Fit Ocean Grove to train for a week and was immediately welcomed and felt part of the group. I am very new to cross fit having only been training cross fit for 8 weeks prior. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and I enjoyed my training. I will return when we travel back to the area.

I did a Drop in session whilst holidaying. I found CrossFit
OG to be very welcoming, with encouraging coaches and a supportive, friendly crew. The gym space was big and well equipped. A great way to get a different CrossFit experience. The signup process was easy - so if you're in the area give it a go.

This gym is awesome and the team is so welcoming and friendly. The trainers will modify your workouts so you can work to the best of your ability without risking injury.

If I lived in OG I would without a doubt join these guys.
