Had difficulty purchasing this heater as all apparently they were out of stock , however I contacted Bare Outdoors and they had one in stock which was held for me to pick up in a couple of days. Sam provided friendly and efficent service. Happy to purchase from them again.

Sam was extremely helpful with organising the delivery of the pizza oven I ordered and answering any questions. I've looked at other people's bad reviews - shouldn't be targeted to this company if a 3rd party freight has caused the delays as it's not a reflection of Bare Outdoors Service at all

Good prods backed by excellent customer service

I ordered the Valencia double pod swing from Bare Outdoors on Tuesday and it arrived in Sydney on Thursday. The delivery driver arrived when he said he would and the product was in perfect condition. The Bare Outdoors team were lovely to deal with on the phone answering all my questions and their prices truly can't be matched. Buying the swing and having it delivered to Sydney from Melbourne was cheaper than buying it anywhere else that was local.

Was searching for some outdoor furniture to furnish our new decking area and came across these guys. Well priced range of outdoor furniture and was able to call their office number to arrange a time to pop into their warehouse. I was impressed with their quality of outdoor furniture. Purchased a sofa set and some chairs. Was delighted with their service and have recommended this store to my friends.
