First time seeing Doctor Vainer today, which was a very last minute booking just before they closed on a Saturday. The reception was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Doctor Vainer was very thorough, took the time to diagnose, and was very informative with his professional diagnosis.

I was pleasantly surprised, as I had seen some of the negative reviews here - and I can only say that maybe these reviews were from people who regularly goto rush job or prescription heavy doctors, as they definitely aren't in line with my experience.

I'll definitely be coming back, as I completely trust Dr Vainer's professional opinions and appreciate his medical expertise.

I have seen Doctor Vainer for just under a year now and he has been extremely knowledgable and helpful. It's also easy to book an appointment with him (often same day).

Dr Vainer is a fantastic doctor. I've been going to him for 13 years. He has a no nonsense approach and tells it as it is. He's looked after me very well and has never missed diagnosed me. I enjoy his direct approach and his dislike for Dr Google (self diagnosing by searching your symptoms on Google). Hes a doctor who's old school and get things done and he still does house calls! I highly recommend him!

Excellent Doctor who has a wealth of knowledge and doesn’t rush his patients. Staff are friendly and courteous.

Service at front desk and by doctor was respectful and efficient. So fortunate to have quality Saturday healthcare at a moment's notice. Got my script and also learned some important things about my health.

Receptionist is nice and doctor was okay.

Dr Vainer was extremely rude, asked for a mental health care plan and he refused me. Asked for a standard blood test to check for STI's and was annoyed and laughed at me as I said I had no symptoms and wanted to be on the safe side. Don't go to this doctor if you have a choice to go elsewhere

Very rude behaved GP, he suggested me to take medication instead of chiropractor visit, how does that even work? Taking pills ain’t gonna adjust my hip, my weight distribution isn’t equal, don’t need a medical certificate to know that pill won’t help! For all other new visitor, he will suggest more visit to him instead of using common sense! You’ll figure it out.

This Dr is very rude and Patronising. I have never met a Dr with such a terrible bedside manner. I only went to him because my Dr has no appointments until next week and I need some relief now. He talked over me, spoke rudely to me and insinuated I was there to get pain meds off him. He could called my Dr of 17 years and checked that I am not a Dr shopper for pain meds, I do not appreciate the insinuation.

He made my mother really upset!
He obviously hates his job and lacks empathy.

The doctor was being patronising just because i said i had not heard of a certain medicine for my wife before, saying: you are not a doctor! He then prescribed me the wrong weaker dose of asthma preventative medication even though i specifically told him which 1 used. I then had to call a phone doctor to fax the chemist the proper prescription!

Worst doctors I've ever been too pulled on my stitches without snipping them then nearly left one in I had to say and that one my wound has now reopened and I'm going to the hospital!!!

Rude and worst doctor in the history of doctors
