Orbost Motel | Boutique Style Serviced Accommodation

We had a wonderful stay at Orbost Motel. We stayed on the way to and from our road trip to break up the drive with two very young children. The check in and check out process was seamless. The rooms were well designed and accomodating. Bed super comfortable and shower/spa enjoyable. We loved the well stocked cupboards to ensure we had everything we needed in the room for the kids. Easy and very accommodating of us parking a camper trailer at the front of our room. Will be back next year. Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay at the Orbost Motel. Our room had a separate bedroom and a nice rear and private deck. The bed was very comfortable and we had a kitchen with everything needed, including an oven. Not right in the centre of town but easily walkable. Would definitely stay again.,

We have been traveling in Australia for 4 months and this is the nicest and cleanest motel we have stayed in. The apartment was perfect for our family and so well stoked with kitchen items we ended up cooking a meal. Everything was comfortable and the water pressure was so good!

We used this motel as an overnight stop on our trip from NSW to Victoria.

This motel is located just off the highway so you can hear the trucks but the noise is not intrusive. The interior has been completely renovated so as to create a contemporary feel. The bed is large and comfortable and there is a full size fridge. The owners provide contactless check in and check out.

Passing through Orbost on our drive to Melbourne this was the perfect place to stop late at night and rest our heads before heading off again. We booked over the phone, our room was left open for us to arrive at 10:30pm, the room was clean and recently renovated. I would recommend. Very friendly service and our stay without seeing anyone at reception was made very easy for us.

3rd stay. always impeccable. the owners go above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. incredible. it was a little more than halfway in my trip first time, but was so great I now go out of my way to stay here when travelling between Melbourne and the NSW South Coast.

We stayed the night at Orbost Motel to break up our return trip to Melbourne. The room was well appointed and the king bed very comfortable. We both slept well and did not hear any traffic from the Highway.

A nice find after our experience in Cann River, Vickie was delightful and welcoming. Full of local knowledge and good advice. We loved our stay, the accommodation was gorgeous, the dark wood and tones were a nice change from bright white. The bed was super comfortable. Would highly recommend.

It was so easy to book with Vicki, who suggested an upgrade to the king suite with a spa as the pricing was very reasonable and it's nice to treat yourself. Communication was brilliant and exceeded my expectations. When I arrived, the room was perfectly presented with everything in its place. I will definitely stay again and strongly recommend the Orbost Motel.

Road trip from Sydney to Melbourne. This was a great stop for us. Super comfortable bed, great kitchen amenities and toiletries. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine toaster and shower. Super clean, and fab communication with staff.

Beautiful modern rooms, spacious and newly fitted out. comfortable and well resourced.

This hotel is very well set up, very comfortable with lovely friendly hosts. Perfect for a stopover on our road trip. Also suitable for a longer stay as the units have kitchen facilities.

From the second the phone was answered I was impressed.
Helpful staff that went well beyond by booking us a table at a local club as we were checking in late.
The room is well appointed and super clean. I wish I wasn’t so pressed for time but look forward to returning.

Good price, service and quality internal fitout / building materials well above the average motel. Charged my electric car 72-100% at authorised outdoor power socket for $20. Added ~ 24kWh incl charging losses. Would've cost similar at Tesla Cann River on the way north or $10 at Orbost Chargefox. However this way I didn't need to stop at Cann River to charge next day and didn't need to leave the motel to charge during dinner/breakfast time, so I was happy to pay $20 to save time and leave with 100% ⚡ charge in the morning
