Was instantly attracted to this shopfront due to the amazing display and unique garments. Edward was very accommodating with trying on sizes and explaining the origins of each piece. Purchased two patterned short sleeves and a pocket square which I know will be instant conversation starters.

I recently purchased several pairs of socks advertised as ‘one size fits all’ from. Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with one specific pattern that was extremely difficult to put on and remove. After realizing the problem at home, I returned to the store hoping for an exchange or resolution, especially considering the socks seemed to be inaccurately advertised. However, I was disappointed when my request was denied on the grounds that the socks had been worn, even though they were clearly faulty.

It would be beneficial for customers if the store could provide more accurate sizing information, such as indicating a size range (e.g., 32 to 42) for each pattern. This would help in making more informed purchasing decisions, particularly for those of us who are aware of our specific sizing needs. As it stands, I feel my money was wasted due to the misleading ‘one size fits all’ claim.

I hope my feedback encourages to reconsider their sizing policies and advertising to better serve their customers.
