I have been a customer of Individuale for the past 5 years and have found that Elena and her sales team are very courteous and professional when dealing with their customers, they have impeccable buying skills and really know the world fashion market. I feel very comfortable walking in the store as I know I will be treated like a customer and not a number. When you are in the store you have a wide variety of high end fashion to choose from and the customer service/experience is as high quality as the product they sell.

Elena is always professional and intimately knowledgeable on fashion and coordination. Prices are reasonable. Service impeccable and the quality is excellent.

Incredible service and exclusive designer range. The store brings Milan style to Melbourne.

Store was relatively well presented minus some creased mens dress shirts hung up - one would assume displayed high-end clothing would be ironed or steamed.

More over, the Lady staffed treated my friends and I to a berating scold wherein she told us that it was rude to not acknowledge her presence immediately upon entering the store, that we should pay the utmost respect to staff in stores in the future and that we should learn a “lesson” from her.

It should be noted that when entering, she wasn’t in sight. I, at least, was too focussed on the clothes and the first time I saw her, I didn’t even get a chance to greet her before receiving this inflammatory and degrading lecture.

Lastly, as a customer service representative myself, I know from personal experience that the customer is always the number 1 priority and that, in fact, the staff should always be the first to greet them. Treating customers disrespectfully is absolutely the last thing that should ever occur, period. Truly disgusting behaviour that left a foul taste in my mouth and ruined an otherwise lovely day.

I won’t be returning to this establishment, and unless you intend on instantaneously greeting the staff, I suggest you don’t either.
