UPDATE: They accepted our return... FINALLY... but didn't refund us the delivery charge even though we had to send it back at our expense... dodgy business practices... avoid them and buy from elsewhere.

Poor service given to my wife. Poor excuses for the quality of the product not working properly and just being told that "that's how the product works." Then poor communication in regards to the refund that we ALSO had to pay for the delivery cost back to them. Then poor lack of communication when they had received the item back (which we have proof from StarTrack that they have received) and they aren't even getting back in touch for the refund. Overall, do not recommend them so far and incredibly frustrating to deal with overall. Would love the opportunity to have explained to us why we have received such poor service and communication... and lack of care.
