My daughter found this place looking for the best bubble tea in town. Did not disappoint. Nice seating, and honestly top notch teas. We got the Honey Golden Pearl, Strawberry Frappe and Brown Sugar milk tea. This is not your regular streetside or middle of the shopping centre type bubble tea place. This is up a few notches from that. Recommended!

🥇 Top 1: Roasted Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk (Sold +500,000 cups 😱)

The combination of cheese foam, creme brûlée, roasted brown sugar boba and fresh milk is just out of this world! This is definitely my fave, no wonder it’s #1 😍 I was advised to try the foam & creme brûlée before mixing the drink, love how creamy it tasted! There is a way to click the lid on itself to easily sip the drink too.

🥈Top 2: Honey Golden Pearl Green Milk Tea

This is a lighter drink compared to the #1. I think it is a perfect drink to have after you have had a big meal. The tea flavor is quite strong, which I love, and anyone who appreciate tea flavor will say so too 🍵. The Honey Bobas, although they don’t really have a strong flavor like the brown sugar boba, they complement the tea flavor very well.

🥉 Top 3: Mango Frappe (Yogurt)

This is my bf’s favorite out of the 3. This drink has a very nice yogurt texture, and the yogurt flavor is not too sweet and not too sour, perfect taste to counter balance the sweetness of the mango. The mango flavor is so fresh and there are chunks of real mango in the drink too. Try the yogurt without mixing the drink first, you’ll find that the yogurt itself is quite yummy. Then, mix them together and create magic 😍 The ultimate summer drink for aussies! 🥭

Newly opened bubble tea joint and it’s already one of my favourite! If you are in doubt, then try out the Top 3 drinks and you’ll understand why Daboba is so famous in Asia. Both the roasted brown sugar pearls and honey golden pearls are soft and chewy, and incredibly delicious. The drinks here aren’t overly sweet, and the teas used are of the finest quality to showcase the robust and beautiful brew.

For non-tea drinkers, then try out the Mango Frappe with sweet chunks of mango within, or the Matcha Frappe or Coco Frappe. Those who are lactose-intolerant do not despair. You have the option to choose from a dairy-free creamer so that you can still enjoy the milky and creamy flavour of the milk tea series.

Definitely will be coming back for more!

We got the Roasted Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea it was DaBomb! It was not too sweet and you can still taste the tea. The pearls were tasty and chewy.

Amazing!! Enough said haha.

Initially the service was fantastic.
The bubble teas here are absolutely delicious. I tried 3 different drinks.

The first one was the most popular one called Roasted Brown Sugar, Pearl Fresh Milk. OMG this was fantastic, the brown sugar was burnt on top, so it tasted like caramel some soft runny cheese was added before the brown sugar on top was cooked and caramalised. This was an absolute winner and its not hard to see why DaBoba have sold over half a million of these drinks alone.

The second drink was the Honey Golden Pearl Green Milk Tea. This was refreshing, honey sweet, and delicious too.

The third drink was a from the Daboba Cheese series. I had a Cheese Green Tea, I which may sound odd, but they use fresh cheese on top of the tea, sprinkled with a bear footprint made of matcha.

This tea was great, and the soft cheese on top, sooo yummy. This was another winner.

With soo many options to choose from, I'm definitely going back to try the mango frappe.

This place is definitely worth a visit. The shop is just off Elizabeth St, in a handy location on the ground floor in an arcade and its wheelchair accessible.

i come here regularly for the honey golden pearl milk tea with 75% sugar and it’s delicious, love the golden pearls 😩 the bear ears packaging is really cute too, and i always get my drink in under 5 minutes 😌 would def recommend this place

Tucked away in Fulton Lane is this boba shop serving amazing flavours. They have a nice and cosy seating area inside and you can take a seat while they prepare your drink

Started on in Malaysia and it quickly became a craze with long ques. Was glad to hear that they expanded to Melbourne. Given the amount of boba tea shops in Melbourne, it comes down to the flavour and preference

We had a look at the menu and decided to choose from their top three drinks. Decided on the brown sugar milk tea and the mango frappe.

The brown sugar boba drink was topped with a brulee layer at the top. I really enjoyed the flavours and the brulee layer at the top gave it the extra flavour and texture to the drink

The mango frappe on the other hand was a light and refreshing drink with a yoghurt based and fresh mangoes. Really enjoyed the balance of the drink as it was not too sweet.

Overall, i really enjoyed both the drinks and the flavours were good. Would definitely be back to try their matcha drink options as well.

A nice and cosy bubble tea store.

We ordered the Jasmine Green Tea with honey pearls. The softest pearls with a honey essence. The jasmine tea is very fragrant and aromatic with the smoothest milk tea taste.

The kumquat lemon tea is very refreshing . An interesting combination. A citrusy yet sweet after taste from the brown sugar syrup.

Love thy place. Think ill be a regular when I'm in the city !

This is one hell of a bubble tea! If it's your first time getting one or unsure what to try...go for traditional brown sugar. You'll be back ;) service is awesome and always very helpful.

Melbourne residents are spoilt for choice when it comes to bubble tea, but there are some favourites that I will always turn to, such as daboba.

The roasted brown sugar pearl fresh milk is what I call fresh milk on steroids - delicious brown sugar intertwined with pearls and good old fresh Australian milk. The amount of attention devoted to creating a creme brûlée like topping is really the icing to my bubble tea cake. I’m not a fan of chewy pearls in general though so I can’t comment on that.

They also offer a range of other thirst quenching solutions, such as the matcha cheese and the butterfly pea seasons tea. As exotic as the latter sounds, it’s really just a honey lemon + coconut jelly concoction. Sugar is inevitable in bubble tea, but with daboba, I do not end up feeling more thirsty than before. There’s also sufficient space for you to sit and enjoy your drinks, away from the crowd. Thanks for the invite - I’ve been here even before this visit and I’ll definitely be back this summer!! ♥♥♥

Really tasty and creamy milk tea! Definitely one of my new favourite places. I love that during these hard times with COVID they are able to deliver all over Melbourne and with such a low fee too. I have ordered from them every week for the last month and will continue to do so. Customer service is always fantastic too, thank you Daboba team! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu but the classic milk tea with herbal jelly comes highly recommended for anyone needing to choose :)

Atmosphere: it’s in a nice hidden spot in the CBD, there’s seating areas, and nice interior. There’s a few tables and chair to drink on. There’s a maximum of 8 people in the store.

Staff: good, you need to tell them the amount of ice/sweetness in your drink tho bc they wouldn’t ask. Not very friendly just Polite.

Drink: great, I ordered the brown sugar pearl milk tea (their main drink) in a large, it was delicious but I wish I asked for no ice, because it gets watered down a lot with the ice. Overall a good bubble tea store.

Very tasty brown sugar fresh milk and pearl drink. The store and branding is very unique and the bear ears lid for the drinks is super adorable!!!! The shop has a relaxing atmosphere.

I was excited to try Daboba after hearing how popular their stores are overseas.

I tried the Roasted Brown Sugar Boba and it was divine. It was super creamy and not too sweet compared to others that I've had. The caramelized brown sugar on top made the drink super aesthetic.

I also love that there's seating available if you're keen to dine in. I'm sure this will become a regular boba tea spot for me whenever I'm in the city!

Exceptional bubble tea with lots of variety. If you're unsure what to order, try from one of the top ranking teas they offer!

Tried the Roasted Brown Sugar and it was really awesum. Will definitely try the other top sellers also. This place is highly recommended, especially if it is your first time trying these drinks

Officially THE BEST brown sugar drink in town! Yummy and tasty from top to bottom: the creme brulee-like, the cheese, the brown sugar, milk and pearls 🤤 We tried mango frappe - yoghurt with mango juice/tea and mango pieces yummy too but maybe more suitable during summer.

Something that been missing from our city! You made it complete! None of our team members dislike it!
