I had done my research prior to contacting Sam at the Oakleigh Sth store. He had the Comfort Sleep range I was after in both med & plush for me to try, & showed me other comparisons. There was no pressure in fact he suggested I go home & consider this. His magic suggestion was to consider an electric adjustable base. You will be amazed with his very good prices. Needless to say I ordered both on the Friday & the bed & base were delivered on Sunday PM & set up in my bedroom by two lovely delivery men. Essential to deal with an independent retailer with years of experience rather than one of the large, impersonal stores charging excessive prices. Sam takes the time to explain the differences between the beds and helps customers to narrow down the decision based on in-factory bed comparisons. Highly knowledgeable. Very respectful. Highly recommend this business. I needed a new mattress urgently for my dad and after one quick call and a couple of text messages everything was sorted. We purchased a great (current stock) mattress that was heavily discounted compared to major retailers. Worth every cent, and then some! Great place If you're after a new mattress. Well known brands at prices significantly cheaper than the usual retailers. Sam (the owner) is a great guy who's honest, and patient. He spent almost an hour helping me choose the right mattress which got delivered on the same day! Couldn't be happier, will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

The best price you will ever find for an Australian made mattress from major manufacturers. Sam is very helpful and extremly knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect mattress. Safe to say we wont be going anywhere else for mattresses or bed frames from now on.

We bought two mattresses from Sam and are so happy with them, after hating our Sleeping Duck mattress for years. Moral of the story: don't buy mattresses that come rolled up in a box lol

Sam's mattresses are great quality and awesome value. He doesn't have a big showroom floor or a large advertising budget, so you're only paying for the actual mattress.

Our house sitter loved sleeping on our spare mattress so much, she went to Woodman's to buy one for herself.

My wife and I went to their Preston store. Shopping for mattresses is a painful exercise that I am glad we don't have to go through often. It was so refreshing to find a store where there is no hard sell. Matt is extremely patient and knowledgeable, he had us try many mattresses before we chose the right ones for us (we purchased two, one for the spare room) and never ever pushed the more or most expensive ones. Their prices are very reasonable for quality brand name mattresses. Save yourself the pain and try them first or at least early in your shopping, the will set the standard for what you should expect when shopping for a mattress.

Sam at the Clayton warehouse was extremely helpful. It never felt like it was about the sale. Rather, what was best suited for my requirements. Thank you Sam for listening and providing the best solution for me. My back has never felt better!
