I was in need of 1-2 fitted but casual linen shirts, & after what felt like an exhaustive search found not only the shirts I wanted, but had them tailored to sit over my pants to perfection.

This was just the start… I’ve always had my shirts, suits, & tux tailored for that bespoke look. Now, I don’t need to as MJ Bale have a great bespoke solution/look for all their garments.

I’ve since purchased many shirts, jackets, pants, etc, & a stunning 4 piece linen “tux”, & the staff at MJ Bale Emporium, lead by Haley, are always friendly & very helpful.

As someone who doesn't wear suits often and was fairly clueless with the whole process, the team at MJ Bale Emporium were fantastic at walking me through everything and helping me to find a great suit for an upcoming wedding I am attending.

Everyone was more than happy to answer any questions and provide suggestions while still ensuring I was getting a suit that I liked and felt good in.

I went in after work for a quick visit and was so impressed with the service. I was looking for a specific shirt and tie combination for a wedding, and although they didn’t have the size available - without me asking - they dialled around a few stores found the available sizing and put it on hold to give me the option to go and try it.

For a brick and mortar store with limited stock. I thought that was such an appropriate way to be served and I was extremely delighted. Thanks to the lady working Thursday evening.

As a first time buyer of casual menswear, and as a young man, I
was at best clueless looking for something to suit me. Hayley (forgive me If I've misspelled it) did a truly first-class job of getting to know me, and managed to curate 6 pieces for me that fit perfectly, and that I loved; all in under an hour. The team as a whole was fantastic and I look forward to returning!

I would like to express my appreciation to the service the MJ Bale team provided me in the Emporium store last week. I know I spent a significant amount of time there, and Lee in particular was incredibly helpful and kind enough to walk back and forth to look for stock in the Collins Place store.

I was led through the process of buying a fantastic new suit by Peter Wessner and his service was second to none. Truly an exceptional experience. Every single concern of mine was addressed and answered, and I’ve never had a better fitting suit as a result. Simply top class service all round.

I'm part of a bridal party and we were thinking I'd need to go the custom route for a suit for the occasion from over at the Highpoint Store, and given the timeline is tight with a wedding coming up we thought we might be in a spot of bother here and I'd have to get to the Emporium store ASAP for sizing and some custom work.

Shout out to Zorak and the team here at MJ Bale Emporium,

This afternoon Zorak got me in for an appointment , he was able to get me fitted up nicely in an off the shelf item, with just a few further adjustments to be made on a pair of pants. It was less than 15 minutes from walking in and out, he is absolutely on point and knows his stuff.

A+ service from the team over at the MJ Bale Emporium store (as well as Highpoint), working together to get customers sorted.

You're in safe hands with MJ Bale if you're after a nice suit or some men's wear.

Had a really pleasant experience in MJ Bale today whilst trying to find a bright pink suit for a wedding.

The staff in the store were awesome, especially Kirsten and Sarah, who upon noticing my distress, went above and beyond to help me out with trying to source it.

Even though they couldn't assist me on such short notice on this occasion (sadly for me, nowhere can), they helped out with my measurements, and we had a good old yarn.

Thanks to the pair of you for all the help, and for making my afternoon more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend MJ Bale to anyone else looking for quality craftmanship and excellent service.

Went to MJ Bale for the first time last week. I was curious about how OTR has progressed as all my recent suits and blazers are tailored.

I was served by Zorak who was extremely helpful despite knowing I was just window shopping.
He was very knowledgeable about suiting. He could describe in detail the material composition, weights, cuts, type and lining.
I was so impressed that I walked out with two workhorse suits.

I commend management for having the foresight to use him as a brand ambassador in their flagship store.

I purchased two suits here a few weeks ago, I found the service to be quite good and helpful. After two wears one suit had a tiny tear in the pants, I needed it fixed before a wedding in two days. The staff were incredibly helpful, replaced the pants and got them tailored in time. Very good service, and I will be going back.

Yesterday I visited the store with my partner. I’m from Sydney and won an MJ Bale voucher so wanted to get an idea of what I’d be able to buy.

As a woman, entering a menswear store is rarely a comfortable experience. I was greeted and helped by Luke who was absolutely fantastic and was more than happy to help with sizing and trying on some different blazers and jackets.

Both my partner and I were extremely impressed by his willingness to help, understanding we were unlikely to purchase anything on the day. Luke treated me with respect and genuinely wanted to ensure I had a good idea of the products.

He went above and beyond to look up different sizes and recommend to me that going in store (even back in Sydney) and asking the sales assistants to order in a specific size would be the best way to get exactly what I was looking for.
