We live interstate and have used Oracle for investment property and Self managed Superannuation, the distance between us has not affected the positive outcomes we know are coming our way. Oracle Group far exceeded my expectations. I work within complaints in Superannuation. I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service throughout. The smooth transition from one party to the next was nearly flawless. Max and Ben from Oracle Group were amazing. Being a person with an endless list of questions and one-for-minute detail, Max and Ben answered my questions without fault. They returned all my calls within a reasonable timeframe, most times calling back immediately. They always responded to all emails and calls. Oracle had taken care of all aspects, introducing us to a great financial planner who established our Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF). They ensured I knew who to speak to next and what to expect. This process was made so easy. I cannot believe how easy and stress-free this whole process was. Oracle Group are a genuine player in this space. The extensive network of people required to purchase property all fall within Oracle Group’s network, advisors, solicitors, conveyances, and brokers. We must not forget the accountants. Once the property settles, the landlord’s insurance and the Real Estate agent. The whole process is seamless from start to finish. Every single interaction exceeded my expectations.
