Scape Aurora

Location location location! Great accommodation, we really enjoyed our time there. The facilities are great, the place is new and clean, overall a very pleasant stay. It’s opposite the Melbourne Central station and the team line, so you can literally get anywhere in Melbourne. Close to shops and food!!

Beautiful, comfortable, modern, brand new. Super friendly reception staff. Great little Bose bluetooth sound system and wireless charging are nice surprises. Very central location. Fantastic price at the moment. Only negative is you can't open a window. But doesn't feel stuffy or hot. Also beds in studio rooms are queen size not king, but they are comfortable I don't think you'd notice. Has a pool, gym etc. Photo of tall building is the actual Aurora tower, and the other city scape is the view from my studio apartment on the 19th floor.

Such a wonderful experience! Customer care is spot on! We got delayed to reach Melbourne due to our flight getting canceled and Aurora reservations team was so helpful to arrange a very late check-in (2 am) and late checkout for us. Front office member was so welcoming to all our questions and requests and even managed to move things around to give us a room at 28th floor when we asked at check-in (27/03/2022).
Clean and spacious rooms with small little details that gives you so much of value for money. And yes of course dont forget the location and access to everything!

Note that city parking is expensive but you can get a discount voucher from the front office for the 24/7 Melbourne central parking opposite the building(check photo for prices as at 27/03).

I will update this post if i find any negatives before i checkout! If there is no update mean the place treated us reallywell!

Pool & Gym facilities are nice. Not so crowded on the day we went.

My husband and I, plus our entire wedding party stayed here the night before and night of our wedding in March this year. As we booked with plenty of prior notice we got an amazing deal. One important thing to note is that the 2 bedroom units are actually two separate units right next to one another with a small private hallway. However this ended up being a bonus for us as it meant everyone had privacy. The staff were lovely, the location was incredibly convenient and it made for a stress-free experience for us all.

Very impressed with this hotel, first time coming to Melbourne so we were uncertain of prices and where to stay but this place definitely hit the mark. Super easy to find, its directly opposite Melbourne Central. Extremely convenient and the pricing was very decent. The facilities were modern and the room was lovely and clean. Heart of Melbourne CBD would definitely recommend and come back to stay again. More to this place was the friendly staff especially Vesh whom took out call late at night requesting for late check out given we were catching a late flight. He was more than accommodating and let us check out 6 hours later than usual so we don't have to wait around! Extremely happy with our stay and experience. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in the CBD I would definitely recommend you to check this place out and give their lovely staff a call. Thank you team!

Had to cut my stay extraordinarily short due to a lockdown (thanks for refund guys!) I could not rate Scape anymore highly. Excellent service, to the point I got a cappuccino made instantly for me the moment I checked in. Incredible views of the city and amazing blend of hotel and apartment living. They've really outdone themselves and I'll be back.

Convenient location, clean and fresh rooms, friendly, helpful staff, great value for an apartment. Would stay again. Remember, this is an apartment hotel so don't expect the bar, dining area, etc but if you're after a self contained apartment with access to a pool and laundry in modern building, this is the place.

Perfect in every way. This new hotel has all you need for a comfortable stay. I like the built in wireless phone chargers beside the bed. Check in and out when it suits is another welcoming option. Very friendly staff too. I stay in different hotels most times I visit Melbourne for work but I think I will now be a regular at this one.

Very relaxed feel and friendly service, not the usual snobby hotel vibe. We mentioned it was our wedding anniversary and they had a nice complimentary bottle of Tasmanian sparkling in our suite on arrival. We had great views from the 28th floor too. Very modern facilities. Reasonably priced. Good location close to everything. Thanks to the legends who looked after us, we will be back.

Best room I have been in the CBD as of yet, came in for my girlfriend's birthday and was not disappointed. They gave her a free bag of chocolates and allowed us to go up in levels and have a higher floor for free. Amazing staff and great rooms.

Happy to have discovered this new apart-hotel right in CBD.
Location - this is incredibly central, right across the road from Melbourne Central a huge shopping center on top of a large train station. Lots of shops supermarkets food court and Asian grocers inside. Only a few minutes walk from other major cafes restaurants bakeries. The convenience is incredible.
Amenities - not sure if this can be considered a serviced apartment as the laundry is self service so there’s no housekeeping and you’d have to use the communal laundry on a different floor. Each room does come with a kitchen which is to be expected. The building itself appears to be new so everything inside is very nice the floors the bathroom furniture etc. The TV was a bit slow though. View was also decent for a studio.
Parking is available inside Melbourne Central for $25 with daily voucher redeemed by reception which was very convenient if you are hiring a car for multiple days.
Price - we paid ~$150 per night which is incredible for a new place in CBD.
Cons - not many to think of but if we really had to nitpick, I’d say the bedding was not high quality, the room doors are heavy so you can sometimes hear your neighbour arrive/leave and being in CBD you’re bound to hear the odd siren outside but none of these matter once you’ve considered the price you’re paying and the convenience you’re getting for a new apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Scape Aurora. We had one of the connected doubles for families. The place is brand new, perfectly clean and very functional, perfect location, fantastic views, spacious and luxurious, fantastic gym, pool and cinema area, the bbq area looked tempting even though we didn't use it. Most importantly, the staff has been awesome all the time, smiling, friendly and genuinely caring. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend staying here! Everything was just perfect, and such a good location too. The girls at the reception we’re amazing and made us feel so welcome (including our dog, Buckley!) The pool was heated, so even in winter you can have a swim and the gym has everything you need.

We stayed for 6 nights whilst visiting chidren/grandchildren .
The apartment was very nicely appointed with everything you could require for a longish stay and very comfortable.The location was superb right in the heart of the city within walking distance of most attractions . The staff were lovely and very helpful .In particular checkout at any time was a great idea .
The only difficulty was the complicated TV which remained in spanish for the duration probably not a problem for under 40s .
All in all a great concept well delivered

Excellent stay. Great staff, clean and well designed rooms, comfy beds (they’re quite firm which is perfect for a pain free sleep), excellent location, great pool. I’d definitely stay there again.

Where do I begin?
Lets talk about the hotel first
The location. location is excellent it is in the heart of the city!  Across the road there is coles and shopping centre. A l 3 minute walk you have a tram station.
The Hotel is well looked after with clean rooms, common areas areas and  most importantly no smells.
Now lets dive into the customer service. Devvon is the one that looked after us. Devvon was truly amazing. He was polite knew what the Hotel offerd and truly cared for the customer. Good to Great that is what Devvon offered.
The hotel is afforable for our budget. We decided to stay for more then a month to 7 months as Devon provided that 5 star experience.

I’ve been a guest at Scape Aurora for over a month now . While working in Carlton . It’s been fantastic.

My apartment is spacious, clean , brand new and well equipped. The wifi is fast and reliable.
The view is amazing 😀

I can easily dine out at literally 100s of close by restaurants or choose to cook in and lounge while catching up with Netflix. The pool is a stand out with the gym and common areas extremely well thought out . The location is perfect , it’s directly above the train station , trams out the front and Melbourne’s huge linked shopping precinct across the road . Every thing in the CBD is a max 10 minute walk .
I can say without any doubt that the staff have been the absolute stand out . Making me feel that this is my home away from home .

The team at Scape Aurora were so welcoming and made the stay just so much more enjoyable. Stunning rooftop pool and amazing location. Rooms are super comfy and the kitchen came in handy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic location right across Melbourne Central Station. Rooms are well lit with natural light and sizable. Staffs carry a smile and genuinely love their jobs. Great location, great facility and most important of all, great team!
