Been coming here for years. The staff that have been here for a while are helpful, kind and remember my order. The manager is excellent and understands exactly what the customer wants. The croissants here are THE BEST BAR NONE in Melbourne. The Coffee is always creamy and never burned and you're always welcome. Be prepared to wait a little when busy (which is often) because they never rush your order to ensure perfection.

Zero Gradi Gelateria and Desert Bar offers so many different desserts, patisseries and coffees.

We had the chocolate lava cake and the almond croissant filled with blueberries which were one of the best ones in Melbourne.

Surely worth visiting this restaurant for a sweet date! Surely will return!

I came across this place walking around as I felt like grabbing a coffee. The staff was so cool and perky. The cappuccino was well made and I also picked a slice of cake and it was worth a try for sure.

Conveniently placed where there are public seating areas and right in front of the Yarra river. Been here a few times before but today was a sunny day and figured I would comment on how consistently lovely their staff have been. They have fun flavours and also vegan dairy free ones! I got the mango and passionfruit sorbet first then had more time to kill so went back for the strawberry sorbet. 🥰

Such a nice gelato place at Crown. The chocolate sorbet is very good, very chocolate flavor in a non creamy ice cream. Very light and yummy. Lotus gelato is full of lotus biscuit flavor, lotus biscuits is very famous in Asia, biscuit had a unique flavor. Plenty of other flavors too. This is a takeaway shop, but plenty of indoor seating inside crown food court. Lots of parking and train and tram accessible. staff friendly.

Such beautiful desserts and you can get takeaway boxes if needed. The red velvet cupcake didn't taste like red velvet but was still a good treat. Very sweet. The cookies and cream/Oreo mousse was my favourite

I had the pleasure of stumbling upon an incredible and conveniently situated place during a spontaneous purchase. While taking a delightful walk along the Yarra, I discovered their delectable pizzas and pastas, which led me to believe that their ice cream would be equally delightful. It turned out to be true! The ice cream was incredibly creamy, boasting a selection of cool and distinctive flavors. We decided to try the pistachio flavor and it exceeded our expectations, offering a fresh and robustly nutty taste that I absolutely adored.

I have been visiting here many times. I had Tiramisu flavor today, which was delicious. I had pineapple and passionfruit last month. It was amazing too. Creamy and smooth! They have many kind of flavors.
I like having a gelato with a view of the Yarra river and music in outside! I would like to try a cake or coffee too. Staff is always friendly.
They open from early morning until midnight. Must visit place in Southbank!

The Nutella cheesecake and Tiramisu were very fresh and tasted delicious. Reasonable too given the prices in the restaurants around this kiosk. Kandy who served us was friendly and helpful.

Plenty of options, and I liked most of them. The stuff are friendly even when it’s really crowded. Just a side note, the scope on cones is really big, if you want something small chose cups. They also have good looking desserts that i would like to try someday.

Great gelato served by very friendly staff. They're always busy, but the service is pretty quick. Great location on the outside of the crown casino.👍

I love the fact that the coffee is served till late . Also the fact that service is smooth and I love the eclair which isn’t too sweet .

Absoluetly delicious ice cream. I had Boysenberry and Hazelnut while my husband had Tiramisu and Banana. Boysenberry and Banana were WOW!!! The flavours were intense and amazing. Highly recommend.

Staff can be a little rude or inattentive but overall, best ice cream in the area.

Lovely coffee, you will taste on every sip very nicely done. very helpful people. "they know coffee" checkout their coffee cup 😉
