Jan at NextGenRoto was friendly and efficient. I was looking for a Storm water tank, pump and cover. NextGenRoto was the only company out of three that I had contacted with products actually in stock and having no delivery delays. I looked local and was surprised to find them in the Macedon Ranges, making tanks on their site. The prices of these items were competitive. The purchase was done on the Monday and the delivery was completed the next day. I would highly recommend NextGenRoto.

Very happy with my water tank! by sGood communication by the staff about delivery. It arrived on time and driver was very helpful and helped to put it where I needed it. Plus the tank is made in Australia. So I was happy to support and Aussie company and Aussie jobs

at the first i got this from the delivery,it was faulty,i tried many times call this company and they never get back to me,they ignored me, its been over 2 year for this problem and they never send anyone come over to fix it!
in july 2021 the water tank exploded ,luckily my kid weren’t around and didnt get hurt, i contacted them,contacted bunnings (coz i bought it online through bunnings.com.au) they both ignored my problem,they didnt get back to me,even bunnings tried to blamed nextgenroto did not reply their request, i have no idea,i paid $909 for this and i feel that i was so stupid to buy this item,and got problems,got headaches. plz do not buy anything from this company, do not try to get headache . jus wasting money,wasting time! worst company worst customer service ever! they are scam

- Delivery of wrong coloured product (this is after waiting patiently for 2+ months)
- Endless delays in getting the right product delivered (still waiting at the time of this review)
- No up-front communication
- Keeps changing the delivery dates when contacted
- Doesn’t respond to correspondence other than calls

Received the tank in a terrible shape. I’ve emailed their sales team about it and I was ignored. The delivery driver literally pushes it off the back of the truck to the ground, and then drag it all the across the street to the driveway. I do not recommend buying from them.

I took weeks to have my watertank delivered! Emails were replied 2 or 3 days after sending them called were never answered always going onto message bank and again never returned. I know it was during covid-19 time but after few weeks there was no more excuses for such a bad service.

Very disappointing.

It was so disappointing when I called to enquiry their tanks.The lady Magan answered call but soon I said hello Magan, she hung up, tried a few days the same result. In beginning I thought it might be the reception problems, but after a few attempts I realised it wasn't. Very sad.she maybe the boss of this business otherwise how dare to ruin the brand reputation like this?
