Love going to the Gym. James & Josh make working hard (kinda) fun. Everyone is friendly and there is absolutely no judgement. Made great workout buddies that have become friends and all of the trainers & coaches are fantastic. Time to get up and move move move

I was so nervous starting boot camp but James, Emily and Josh made me feel comfortable and at ease! This is a fantastic place to change the way you feel about yourself! I couldn't recommend it enough!
