Really great space, well organised and the staff are very friendly. Well worth the visit with some great bargains to be found. Lots of furniture, bric a brac, vintage finds.

One of the largest op shops I have ever been to, this store has everything.

Normal clothing starts from $2 and I have purchased several tops for $2 and dresses for $4.

There are seperate racks for brand new clothing with tags. There is also a separate “boutique” section for higher end clothing, which is still reasonable priced.

I purchased a gorgeous linen Zara blazer which looked unworn. I also bought brand new unworn Nine West pumps, still in the original box, for $20.

I have also purchased framed art from here as well as furniture and small electricals. Plenty of staff are around to assist.

Parking can be difficult on Saturdays so I recommend parking in the street a bit further along, which is where their sister op shop is, and walking the short distance.

The only disappointing thing is the store isn’t open on Sundays…but understand everyone needs a day off!

The new location is amazing! Massive sealed concrete carpark. Fabulous cafe with it’s own sit down area. Plenty of public toilets too!
The shop is massive with heaps of pretty much anything you could possibly want in clothes, shoes, toys, kitchenware & books. There’s stationery, furniture, electrical goods, aids like wheelchairs and walkers, sometimes sporting goods, loads of gift ideas too. There’s a vintage area which also has it’s own one off items. A craft area with great bargain prices. Framed paintings and prints…the list is long! Be prepared to spend hours on your treasure hunts here lol!

This helping hands Op Shop in Airport Western. Is the best service in there like the staff is wonderful and kindness they greet everyone who’s come there. Suggestion for people who want to find cheap things and kindness staff 100% to go this Op Shop

A wonderful support and charity venue, which also offers an excellent extensive opportunity shopping.

Drop I and browse for excellent value bargains. You’ll find jewelry, cloths for both men & women, furniture, games, cutlery, crockery, children items, music media and books. The area of shopping space is enormous and a great area to explore at your own pace.

The staff are so helpful and caring. You’ll be very happy with their attendance.

Big selection of clothing, bric and brac, shoes, vintage items and more.

Prices are fantastic especially for vintage homeware. Prices for everything else was pretty good too.

I was told the money goes to feed families, which is great. Staff are friendly.

Would definitely go back again on a regular basis. Highly recommend a visit to this place. Ample parking onsite.

I LOVE this op shop. It's one of the best priced in Melbourne that I've found. An amazingly huge selection of anything you could imagine, and the stock rotates frequently. The shop smells amazing at lunch time as they serve up cheap meals for those in need everyday. Please support this shop ❤

There’s soo much to explore here. Onsite cafe, toilets available, including a baby change table. Will definitely be back to spend longer exploring all the sections!

I went on their op shop bus tour today..what an AMAZING day, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea...visit 5 helping Hands op shops. It has been the best day and I'll be doing it again ABSOLUTELY....wonderful people on the bus, in the shops....do yourself a favour and make sure you do the next trip

My local Op shop. Amazing , helpful, friendly and always "smile on" staff! Affordable prices! Great selection of things (clothing , men's(smaller selection), children , baby, womens, toys, home wear , sports , books (kids love their section). I personally love the Boutique section for special events and their eggs / cookies!

I am an op shop fanatic, and this place is hands down my favourite in all of Victoria. Great bargains, plenty of stock. Has everything you can think of. Love it!!

Visited today for the first time. Such an amazing warehouse full of treasures. So nice to seeso many smiling faces. Highly recommend their biscuits too. 😋😋😋

I've been to a lot of op shops, and after the first visit this shop became my favourite. The people working are nice, there is a huge amount of variety with great prices, and there isn't as huge a focus on making a profit as there is making a positive change. When you're done shopping, lunch served from 12.00-2.00 is delicious and only $3!!! You won't find another place like this anywhere else.

This place is huge with wide variety of things that are very affordable prices, as how a thrift shop should be.
Other op shops nowadays are sadly way overpriced. The staff today at the counter are 2 young ladies, smiling, pleasant and with good manners. 😊

Amazing stuff, friendly staff and great bargains. Always seem to find something to go home with when visiting Helping hands. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and there is always something new to see every visit. BEST op shop with value for money.

My favourite oppy of all! The staff are amazing and so bright and cheery! A huge place with so many affordable clothes shoes and furniture.. plus so much more.. the huge eggs are awesome I spend a good couple of hours in there and always grab a few bargains 🥰

This is a "full package" opp shop,where there are bargains galore.Tbe staff and volunteers are always friendly.There is also an outreach ministries towards the disadvantaged in our society ,where at minimum fee ,there is a meal and coffee/tea provided in the little dining room.I think there is the soup of the day is on offer as well.Parking is available inside the premises and street parking .

Absolutely amazing op shop ! How the business goes out of their way to help others in need is phenomenal ! Always offering free products and also food for people who are shopping here. One of my favourite places to come and get a bargain. Great products for great prices ! I’ve been coming here for years and still love it.
