The best ice cream and crepes in Melbourne. I drive 45 mins weekly to visit this place. The ice cream is fresh and delicious. I’ve recommended this place to many family and friends which also rave on about it. Staff are so friendly and professional, they go above and beyond with their customer service. The crepes are like nothing I’ve ever tried before. They melt in your mouth. Very generous serving and I can honestly say that you wouldn’t find better in Melbourne or anywhere else in Australia. They venue it’s self is spotless and you can tell they take pride in their shop

Best desert place in the whole area! Me and my family went there just the other night and had a blast! My wife got the crepes and she said “they are the best in the world”. I got the waffles and let me tell you, from now on this is the only place we will go to for desert. The service is amazing and they are all very friendly, I recommend this place 100%. On a hot day there’s nothing better than a cold ice cream and there’s nowhere better than ice cafe Venezia!

They have every flavour you want! So fresh. Shop is always nice and clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Best ice cream in the area. I have now become a regular! Highly recommend 😊

If you want a PERFECT experience you MUST go there. It has the BEST icecream in Australia!!! It is SO DELICIOUS, creamy and tasty with a fantastic variety. The quality is first class. The staff are incredibly lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is excellent with seating inside and outside. Overall it is AMAZING!

I got pistachio and coconut flavour and it was amazing, the flavours were consistent and smooth, overall a very tasty ice cream!

Staff was super nice and I enjoyed my stay there, the seats were comfy, definitely a good spot for groups !!

We had a beautiful night here with the kids after a day at the beach. Bugglegum flavour was a hit with the kids and we indulged in the deliciously creamy Crema di Caffe - a must try!!!

Don’t forget to look up….at the menu board with a variety of different ice cream dishes! Aside from the regular ice cream that’s on display, they have a host of other options to try.

We went for the banana split which comes with 3 scoops of any ice cream you want. We went with the biscoff, tiramisu and chocolate - all three were delicious but the biscoff was the highlight.

Great value for money also.
