I went to this store yesterday to buy a new phone case as the one I loved sadly broke, as I was purchasing it I was telling the staff member how I had one that broke not long after I had it, and she offered to exchange it for me which I didn’t expect at all.
I didn’t get her name but I was extremely happy with the customer service by the lovely lady in the pink glasses. It was a pleasant experience after a long day at work ☺

Friendly, helpful staff in Sportsgirl in Melbourne Central. The range of stock has something for everyone not only the very young. Great layout by the enthusiastic staff who had rearranged the stock and presentation on Thursday this week. Well done, staff. Worth a visit.

The staff here are really friendly and cheerful, plus a lady helped me out when she saw me struggling to get one of the tops from high up on display. It all made the shopping experience relaxing & enjoyable :)

Bought a pair of shoes here yesterday. Very simple service but it was a lovely experience. I was more than happy to do my own thing walking around the store and I found shoes I liked, which I proceeded to purchase. As the girl (Joanna I think her name was) was processing the transaction, she took the time to open the box of shoes to check that they were both the same size and that I had one left and one right pair. I wouldn't have thought to check that myself and I really appreciated that. On top of that she was efficient and genuinely friendly.
