Came here with my girlfriend today to try on a shirt and we had the loveliest customer service experience! Sasha and Diana were so warm and approachable and we felt very comfortable in the store. We very much appreciated Diana’s advice and compliments, and Sasha was so helpful in navigating after-pay, and lots of fun, too! Cannot state enough how happy we were with the store and the products are of such high quality and material. The atmosphere and layout of the store is also very intuitive, and the change rooms are spacious and have really pleasant lighting.

Sasha is by far THE BEST SALES ASSOCIATE in any store I’ve ever visited! I couldn’t possibly commend her more for her professionalism, enthusiasm, passion and friendliness whilst serving me. Truly a very special gem to this store, she goes above and beyond for sizing, recommendation and her knowledge of construction, materials, production, and overall Oroton history is phenomenal. I couldn’t possibly recommend her more than I already do, she is truly the best asset to your team and your store!!

April was super patient, friendly and helpful! I was hoping to buy an Elvie crossbody bag, but there's no new bag in store. April helped me make phone calls, finally found one for me at another store, and arranged the delivery to my home! She was so patient and also showed me how to apply leather cream. This is the best experience I've ever had at Oroton!

Store Manager Jaime was extremely friendly and helpful in our purchase of 2 bags. He was very professional and gave great advice on matching fashions together. Items were of good quality and price point was great.

Chloe was incredible! I called enquiring about the chances of purchasing bulk of a particular item as gifts. Chloe was on the ball and within twenty minutes collected stock from another store, removed stickers and gift packaged ready to go! Very impressive. Amazing customer service, very helpful and friendly.

I just discovered this brand when I accompanied a friend who bought purses. It was in Myer's in Melbourne. They have really good quality leather goods and stunning designs. Shout-out to Ms. Penny who was very accommodating and very patient with us. What can we do? So much very nice items to choose from. :)

Great experience with ruby! She was great and engaging. Better than the Myer staff at oroton… just standing and chit chatting, that’s a no-no :)

No urgency and don’t care for customer satisfaction. No one ever followed up with me with an issue I had. Bad excuse for a “luxury store”

A bit expensive
