Spectacular VM all around the floor shop! I love the style on the mannequins because give you a glance of options when selecting your outfits! Is a shop not only for your daughters but for the Mum too❤✨ In love with my linen outfits I purchased in Glasson and the amazing styling tips provided by my daughter ✨❤

Staff are always super lovely, especially when checking out the girls are super quick with the transactions and provide excellent customer service. Lines can get a little long at change rooms during peak hours but completely understandable and the staff work very hard to ensure everyone is able to use them in decent time.

Very good service! Ordered something a few days ago, asked in the store if it’s maybe already there, the employee said there arrived a order about 4 boxes but wasn’t scanned and did the scan extra for me quickly. So I got my order today instead of maybe tomorrow. Very thankful for that!

Olivia went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress for my birthday party. She went to so much trouble to locate this dress for me and stayed with me to give me her honest opinion. If you come into this store, definitely ask for Olivia for 5 star service!!!

I have always loved the clothes here but in the past I only shopped twice at this store because of the rude staffs. Every time I had to mentally prepared myself for some rude treatment. Some times you get dirty looks for just looking at the windows. The old team was just mean and ready to dump their unmanaged anger onto the customers.

Yesterday I came in for a return from an online order, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly services provided to me. Because I used Afterpay so it took a little try and error to put it through. However, all the girls were so lovely and they explained the process to me very clearly and patiently. They were extremely efficient at their jobs and It looks like everyone is happy to help each other as well.

To the talent recruit and management; it looks like whatever you trying to do here in this store is working. Great job and keep up the good work!

Absolutely loved visiting this store! All the staff were fantastic as they were helpful and just all round lovely. Ended up getting some really cute pieces for my summer wardrobe. They were also under the pump so they all did so well to contain the store under some pressure. Will definitely be coming back when I visit the city again 🤍🤍🤍

There was a lovely girl serving today! 19/12/21. She helped me out with my return, I didn’t get her name but I think she was wearing a greenish top. Amazing customer service went above and beyond.
