The initial appointment went very smoothly with the girls helping my daughter and making her feel safe, happy and comfortable with her choices. The owner was also there to oversee and ensure she had the dress on correctly ensuring we walked out very happy. Pick up was smooth and staff were very friendly. We left ready and prepped for her special day. Thank you again

I went to Addison rose yesterday and found my dream deb dress thanks to sienna and Jessica, they were so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. They gave amazing advice and made the experience so wonderful. Highly recommend 🩷

Cannot recommend Jess and her team highly enough.
We were sold another dress by a company in Melbourne's North/West with assurances that the dress could be altered to my daughter's vision and taken in as it was a size too big. After visiting an alterations place I was told that not only could the dress NOT be taken in but we could not alter it in anyway other then hemmed up.
My daughter called Jess on the Sunday morning and Jess promised that they could make it happen. She invited us into store that very same day.
Jess & her team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
After hours of their patience and expertise my daughter will finally have her vision brought to life.
Jess is not making a cent from our alterations and yet she has done everything in her power to ensure my daughter's dress is exceptional.
The world needs more people like Jess. Kind, empathetic, compassionate and authentic.

I cannot thanks jess and the addison rose team enough from my experience with them,, the stuff we’re absolutely amazing and within 5 minutes i was able to try on my dress and say yes to the amazing dress i picked out

i had an amazing experience with addison rose and can’t thank jess enough for all her work and understanding. she made sure me and my bestfriend left the shop feeling beautiful. we both weren’t 100% set on our first dresses we bought but jess was super understanding and she made sure we felt and looked beautiful for our deb day. definitely the best place to get your deb dresses from ❤❤

Would highly recommend this store. The staff were lovely and made my daughter feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a large range of styles and dresses available in all sizes to cater for everyone. We were lucky enough to be able to purchase and take home on the same day.

The two lady's that were there were so lovely and so helpful i left there with the most perfect dress and they were so nice and made my experience choosing the perfect dress so wonderful! would definitely recommend coming here for anyone looking for the perfect dress, they also had a wide range of dresses to chose from and made sure they didn't double up the dresses with anyone attending my deb!

My daughter is doing her Deb in 2024 & she was so excited to go do her dress try on’s at Addison Rose. Jess was extremely accommodating with fitting us in over the Christmas/New Year period. Jess & Angel were so helpful with getting her to try on quite a few different styles to find the perfect one. Angel is a junior in store but is certainly doing a fantastic job with everything Jess had instructed her to do. We look forward to returning in store in February when the dress we ordered comes in for pick up & we will definitely post the photos when it arrives of “The perfect Dress” Thanks again girls!

i had an amazing experience coming in to try dresses on, the girls were absolutely lovely and their customer service was amazing.

I recommend going to Addison rose they are so friendly and they give there honest opinions on what would look best and suit you.they have a lot of in store dresses to try on they also make you feel confident in what you try on

Jess is not only good at what she does but has a kind heart. I brought my dress from another place and was told I could alter it to how I wanted it. I went to an alterations place local to me and was told that it couldn’t be done and it would ruin all the beading on my dress. I called up addison rose to ask if it could be done to have a second opinion. They said come in and we will have a look. Jess was very nice to my mum and myself over the phone. we explained to jess we couldn’t come in as we had to organise my brothers cake smash as it was cancelled last minute. Jess was so kind and offered my family to come down and to use a bit of there back space to do my brothers cake smash. the young girls that was working even came over to take a couple pics and let me tell you they were amazing. After that we sorted out my dress and they told me it could be altered to how i wanted it. my mum and i was so relieved that i could now have the dress i wanted for my deb. I highly recommend jess and her team as they are so friendly and welcoming.

I walked into the Deb dress shop not knowing what I wanted to buy, and the ladies were incredibly helpful they made me feel comfortable, and they also helped me find the perfect Deb dress for me to wear.

Great service, I walked in there tried on the dress and knew it was the one straight away. The lady’s that helped me were amazing and they all reassured me i looked great!! Overall very good company definitely recommend if your looking for a deb dress

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Addison Rose Deb dresses, the staff were so nice and helpful when it came to suggesting dresses and doing various things to help me to invision the dress on the night. Jessica was amazing and helped to find a flattering dress for my body type and helped to perfectly size my dress with her knowledge and experience. My best friend and I come here to try on deb dresses together and Jessica and the staff helped to make this memory incredibly special for the both of us and allowed us both to walk away with two dresses we have fallen in love with. I would definately recommend shopping at Addison rose as the dress selection and amazing staff services exceed all expectations.

Would highly recommend Addison rose for all your Deb dress needs. Manger is amazing, she made me feel very welcomed and we had a great time trying on dresses. Plus she had the best sense of humour and we had a good laugh. I would have never found my perfect dress if it wasn’t for her, I have never felt so beautiful.

We came to Addison Rose 2 months out from my daughter's ball. All the staff took this onboard and found the perfect, elegant satin dress for her. The dress arrived and was altered in plenty of time. The knowledge Jess has with dress fitting is amazing and she ensured the dress fit and hung perfectly. The ball was last Friday and my daughter looked so beautiful.
