Tallarook Hotel

Lovely spot for lunch. We drive out of way to stop in for the great quality menu. The staff are friendly, food good and the venue very comfortable. Keep up the great work team.

10/10 chicken schnitzel and Parma. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Stopped in for dinner on the way home to Melb, huge beer garden, 2yo toddler had a good run around, husband was v happy with the beer selection. Menu is pretty small but I guess they’ve perfected those options. We’ll be back.

Went in for a pub meal over the decades. Food was always amazing and the service friendly and warm.

Had an amazing meal and experience at the Tallarook hotel. Staff were amazing and friendly as well as the hotel having a great atmosphere and aesthetic.

Definitely would recommend anyone if in the area or wanting to go for a drive to check it out.

Had a great time at the pub today. The food was delicious, the beer was outstanding and the customer service was even better.

We stopped in on our way to Eldorado. I had a Parma a tad expensive at $30 however I would pay it again for the quality. Also the big buck hunter was free which is surely a bonus in any one’s eyes.

One of the best pup meals I have had for a long time. I had the chicken parma, and my partner had the chicken schnitzel. Bar staff where very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. If the wood fire was going it would have been even better. Will definitely come back when passing through.

Such a cute local pub with a fun vibe. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and lively. If I lived closer this would be my local watering hole.

Very nice pub in Tallarook. Chef knows beef. Aged rack looked amazing which was a clue that the steak would be well prepared. Did not disappoint. Meat lovers dream for anyone passing through. You won't regret it.

Very nice experience as new owner got rid of the temporary make and bringing the building back to its original look. Not the 10 year ago look but it's original early days look. Fantastic menu. Beers are cold. Smoker out the back for some delicious eats. A stop is a must guaranteed you'll return. Hard to find a place like this any more.

Dropped in for a feed with a few mates, the publican was welcoming and told us about the pub and what they had happening and what was coming up. We ordered a drink and a feed and went out to the beer garden. The starters come out quickly, hot and fresh. We all got the Smached burger it was amazing 👌🏾looking forward to bring the family back to try out the new smoker they just had delivered last week!

Very nice set up with a lovely beer garden which is dog friendly. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I got the smashed burger which was awesome with some added jalapenos

I love this historic pub in regional Victoria. We often stop here while venturing up or down the Hume. The food is great, the people are lovely and the beer is cold.

What an unexpected pleasure it was to find the Tallarook pub. After not finding a spot in busy Nagambi on a Sunday; we quickly scored a spot and we were blown away by this gem. Great service, friendly staff, wonderful beer garden. Prices were good, plus a few locally produced beers and spirts. Definitely heading back next chance I get.

Lovely little pub with an old fashioned feel, canara to warm yourself in front of and friendly staff. Food menu is short but everything's is good. Recommend the onion rings!
