Centreway Kebabs

Food is always delicious and I love that they allow you to pay via bank transfer in place of eftpos.

It's great to order good and sit in the park over the road at one of the picnic tables.

Bang for buck! Massive serving. Great lunch if in the area and need something substantial.

Location: Good area to get a bite. Could even eat outside at the large square park area.

HOLY MOLY this place delivers on it's reviews. Ordered a HSP Pizza box and it did not disappoint. The chips were crispy and tasty. The meat so flavoursome. If you and your mates are up for a food challenge this is it. Glad I don't live nearby, or otherwise I'd be rolling my way in (literally). Banter is chaos vibes so if you're not into it - do a phone order. I recommend taking on this beast.

Best kebab meat around, tender and tasty. The service is second to none, super friendly staff. My wife said the chips are the best she ever had. A+++ all round.

Centreway kebabs is simply the best place to get a kebab, a HSP or a friendly chat. The owner is a deadset legend of a bloke and welcomes you in as he would his home. The food here is delicious, fresh and keeps you wanting more. Trust me, I've been here many times, making the drive all the way from Cranbourne. If only there were more than 5 stars available to rate!

Probably the best HSP in town..

✔ Hot crispy chips that have been well seasoned

✔ Cheese that has been melted properly (lookout for that cheese pull!)

✔ Generous serving of meat which is tender & crispy

✔ Plenty of sauce to go around (hard to beat the "Holy Trinity" - garlic, BBQ, sweet chili)

✔ Good value for money ($12 for a small/regular, $16 for a large, etc.)

What more could wish for in a HSP?!

On top of all this is the owner is very friendly & courteous.

Best HSP I’ve ever had

I came all the way from Hawthorn to finally taste Freddie’s HSP. It was a 45 minute drive there but it was 100% worth it. I’ve been waiting YEARS to finally make this journey and it was 100% worth it. The HSP was excellent, and so was the kebab with bread. The meat was just next level, I don’t know what they do to make it have such a nice texture but it’s different to other kebab places. And the cheese was excellent, they weren’t stingy with it. The chips were amazing and not soggy at all. The price + serving size was great and definitely something you can look at and think you’ve gotten your money’s worth. It was definitely one of the top 3 HSPs I’ve ever had. Believe me, if Centreway Kebabs was close to my place, I’d get a hsp here every week without fail. Most of the HSPs in the CBD are horrible quality, the difference is night and day at Centreway Kebabs. Freddie’s wife was there and made me feel so welcomed and at home. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name, but she was so hospitable and a very kind soul. She has a heart to serve and to do good, Freddie’s a lucky man! Here is my advice, definitely make the trek for this glorious HSP. 100% worth the drive and a great little adventure on the weekend.

Best HSP that I've ever had. They really stack it thick with added extras. Friendly owners that were up for a chat and you can tell love what they are doing. Will be back soon! Great feed.

Honestly some of the best in Melb, authentic and fresh. Went in after close through the week and the owner still made our food. Proper service you can’t find very often!

10/10 HSP, well made, and very tasty. The additional onion on top was an amazing twist. Well worth it.

I am not a regular in the area, but I will visit again if I find myself nearby.
