Today I called the office works here an the manner in which the young man spoke over the phone and assisted me was no short of courteous an helpful an didn’t seem in enthused to meet my needs then when I arrived to turnstone I was very tired so I would of looked terribly like I was in no mood but I just want to say I wasn’t feeling that way I was actually very pleased with the service of all staff I had encounter well done to the fellows running the customer service today you did great your all appreciated thanks for a great experience

Very happy with the excellent service I received today, Sunday afternoon. Asked Ajol to assist me buying a monitor, keyboard, mouse, cables and everything I need to work from home at affordable price. He got everything and explained what cable went where and why as I am not technical. Then two other nice staff at counter. Good young men doing great work. Thanks guys!

Nobody is allowed to complain about these guys they went inside up upside down and all over to help get something done and were so darn helpful. Sometimes life throws a cuveball but I LOVE how much they went above and beyond this time, it really shows a lot about their care and concern so before anyone complains think about and I did know how complex and annoying it can be as a customer but what they are dealing with - next time Ill put proper expectations on my source to get printing time line extended into a realistic manageable time frame but WOWO above and beyond thank you

As a regular user of the assisted printing area, I can tell you that six months ago, the service here was generally atrocious and very slow. It seems they've either hired new staff or shuffled things around, because I have a great experience whenever I go in now. I'm a shift worker who needs to print shift details often on very short notice. I never get attitude or disinterest because I'm printing a few basic A4 pages (like I used to). Great job staff and management for taking constructive feedback on board!

Requested a scan of a 'precious' genealogy scrapbook (79 pages, 18th Oct 2022). The job was not standard with odd sizes and it required items being taken out of plastic covers and replaced. It was done to perfection and at a reasonable price. Thank you to whoever did it, and to the helpful staff generally at South Melbourne.

Aftwr a shaky start (cancelled order), all interaction/communication and product availability/timing was excellent.
I ordered a mobile phone & it was ready for pickup within 2 hours!
As I live close by and use a mobility scooter, it's quicker than having stuff sent by post - not to mention a lot of residents have had items delivered to other people &/or items stolen from our letter boxes.
So, apart from the theft issue, which has nothing to do with Officeworks, I found it to be a very positive experience. 😉

I went to this office works 2 days ago. I managed to purchase myself a nice new gaming chair. This lovely young lad (his name was Carrick) helped me figure out the best chair suitable for me. He was great. great service, will be coming back!

Simply had amazing experience. Went to store with my printer which was creating some issues in printing, but I lost my receipt. Met Mr Khan at store and I would say he was just amazing and had really fantastic customer service. Got my issues resolved within a second without any fuss. He was so friendly that even my son who is just 6yrs old had picked some of his stuff and loved it and would suggest everyone to meet Mr. Khan and had same experience I had. Will love to be back again.

Went in for self serve printing today, and every staff member who walked passed either said hello or offered assistance. The printer ran into troubles, but all the staff members I reached out to were so helpful. Even after I’d left, some items printed late, and I was contacted immediately so I could collect my files. Great service & very helpful!

Had a lovely gentleman named Chris assist me to my car and fit a massive white board that almost looked impossible to fit. He was very patient with me and pretty much did everything on his own to make it work. Thank you so much for your assistance Chris, your customer service was beyond exceptional 😁

Incredibly kind service by a young tall-ish male staff member with light coloured hair on May 16th at around 6:30pm. I was trying to buy an all-in-one desktop computer but was told by a staff member it had been all sold out. But then, this friendly helpful guy went upstairs and found one for me. Furthermore, he kindly delivered the computer and a heavy office chair to my car. God bless him!

There is a guy who works here called George. He went out of his way to help me. Wheeled a desk drawer cabinet to my car and loaded it in my boot in the rain. Don’t often see customer service like this. He is a real asset to Officeworks.
