One of the best pizza places we’ve tried ! The wood fired pizzas were just perfectly charred, they tasted smoky and the toppings complemented the overall taste.
Love the excellent service and atmosphere of this place as well. We sat in the cozy al fresco dining area.
Would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends!

Some of the best Neapolitan pizza on the great Ocean road and really great service. The fantastic pizzas are priced very reasonably and always offering different specials. Can't wait to be back again.

Don’t go if you want cheap old-school heavily topped pizza; do go if you want thin tasty wood-fired crusts with well-chosen quality flavourful toppings.
Drinks list is good, we had a delicious local red (can buy by glass or bottle) and our side salad was fresh, generous, and well dressed. Staff are delightful, ambience is friendly, casual and relaxing.

Absolutely delicious classic woodfire pizzas. Beautiful flavours and so many tasty options (pear and pork pizza was to die for). Our kids smashed down their share pizza so ended up ordering more. The service and atmosphere were fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Big call- but I stand by it, hands down, the BEST pizza I’ve ever had in my life. The pepperoni with hot honey is a delight. Every part is perfection, the dough is chewy, crispy, light, the sauce perfect, honestly, order two pepperoni pizzas with hot honey, get yourself a few stone and woods, and have an epic night! Yes CAPTAIN!

We were travelling The Great Ocean Road and stopped here for dinner one night.

We loved it so much we drove a long way to come back again 2 nights later.

Can't rate the pizza's or the service highly enough!

Always a treat getting some of the best Pizzas in Australia! Been a loyal fan for years now. Always fresh and expertly made. Lovely service and attention, a rarity these days. Thank you, we will be back again and again.

Simply Fabulous. The pizza is amazing. Can highly recommend the Pork and Pear or the Chorizo and Prawns. The pizzas are really good, great bases and well thought through toppings.

This is just the start as to why they deserve their "Capitan" title.

The staff are wonderful and make the whole experience just delightful. Do ask for beverage pairing for your food and you won't be disappointed.

The important thing to keep in mind is you must save room for desert.

The surprise was just how good desert is. We had the Gin and Tonic tart, and it is to die for! Get a matching Gin and T to drink and you will leave not just satisfied but delighted!

All in all great food, amazing staff and just a very enjoyable experience.

The pizza here is really delicious and there’s a lot of interesting options on the menu. I went with the special which was pepperoni and chilli honey and it was very tasty.

They have a few salads and flatbreads on the menu as well as wines and beers.

They do take out or sit in and the restaurant area is really cute with trees poking through the ceiling and a lot of natural light which is lovely. The service is also good!

We had a really lovely meal there and would visit again. There’s also ample parking too.

Such a feel-good place! Absolutely yum pizza with great vego options (sweet potato is a must have), good selection of wine, nice music, very welcoming, quick service and warm dog-friendly indoors. Can't ask for more. I'd consider it worth travelling from Melbourne just for the pizza!

Great food, awesome service! A great place to settle our dinner after a long road trip from the Great Ocean Road. We thought we can share a 11" pizza, but it was too food we have to order another one. They have gluten free option too! Their pizza are thin crusted, which is our preferred choice. Highly recommended!

Ordered two takeaway pizzas online for pick up. Service was friendly even though 5 mins behind.. both pizzas were amazing and food value for money..Will definitely revisit on my next visit on the great Ocean road. Highly recommended.

Amazing traditional pizza, good selection of wine and great service unless you have allergies or intolerance - if you do, prepare to cop some attitude for asking simple questions about ingredients they use.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here; pizzas were all absolutely delicious (we had Mr Oz, prosciutto, magharita and the Lemon & prawn pizzas), service staff were delightful and friendly. To top it off, the dessert (we had berry crumble pizza dessert and brownie) was amazingly!

We ate too much, but all worth it! Definitely coming back. Keep up the great work.

Pizza will rock your socks off. Vegetarian options are plentiful. Brownie w/ cream is sumptuous. The owner? Friendly, accomodating.. legend!! Be sure to order before 745pm for takeaway and just get there early in general. It’s always busy!

The best pizza I’ve ever had.. Seriously! I ordered the Lemon and Garlic Prawn Pizza. The base was perfection, so fluffy and airy. The toppings were the perfect amount, not overloaded yet very generous. Each ingredient complimented the other. I wouldn’t change a thing about it.. Except maybe ordering two next time! Best pizza ever.

Also, a special shout out the super friendly staff for a very welcoming experience.

Not only the food is excellent (we had a pizza and a beetroot salad) but the manager is very helpful : Joey sent me back the backpack I had forgotten without asking me for some financial contribution. Ambiance is also very friendly. I highly recommend it.

we had lucky to order before the are closed we have ordered vegie patch and cheese kid pizza Both pizzas were cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of seasoning. I would definitely recommend these pizzas to anyone looking for a delicious and unique pizza experience.
