QV Medical Centre - Elizabeth St

This was my first time at QV Medical Centre and I was really pleased with this clinic. Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist. I saw Dr.Amir Soufi and he was really nice and gave me lots of helpful information. Would recommend!

Dr Juliana Quay is patient and compassionate and made me feel totally at ease during an uncomfortable procedure. She was also really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions as well as talk me through the whole procedure. Could not recommend her services enough. The receptionist was also lovely and I received very prompt service with zero wait time. Nice clean clinic though a little difficult to locate as it's on the 7th floor!

Took my mum there to see a doctor, the doctor was very patient. The reception was very friendly.

Dr. Julian Quay was a very empathetic listener when I went there to get a document required for special consideration at my university. And the price was very reasonable for international students as well.

Fantastic experience. The receptionist and doctor were both wonderful. Very caring and capable.

Probably one of the best GP practice clinic I’ve ever been. Sad to see some bad reviews. Probably just prospective issues?
I thought the booking process was effortless and streamlined on health engine. The pre arrival checkin was also efficient, no more fill in a paper form when you arrive at the clinic. I could also register my credit card for payment so the whole process was basically very smooth. Waiting area was claiming and with relaxing music. Most importantly, the GP I saw was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well, comprehensive and holistic. I would definitely come back in the future should I need to.

I'm so impressed by the professionallism and efficiency of the clinic. I have been looked after by Dr. Julianna Quay in the recent few years and am really appreciated by her suggestions and treatment.The receptionist Nicole is ver helpful too .Definitely recommend.

Dr Charles Lee is a professional and friendly GP.
My friend and I got pain in the back and he treated us well with acupuncture.
The admin staff is friendly as well.
Nice clinic environment, would definitely recommend here.

Having been to many doctors, I was really impressed with Dr Edwards. She was highly professional and the level of service I received in comparison to a bulk billing I had been to the previous day was second to none. She put me at ease and had great follow up care. Would go back and have referred her details on.

Saw dr. Juliana today and we’re so satisfied. She was so gentle with my bub. I can see that she’s really care.

Have been here a few times now, and thought it was quite good. I found this clinic when I was looking for a doctor open on a weekend, I was expecting it to be bad because of the negative reviews here but was pleasantly surprised. The doctors were thorough and reception staff nice. Have always been able to get a weekend appointment when I've needed one at short notice, a big plus.

I had a car accident last night and had pain in my neck. I called QV medical and Winnie the receptionist kindly asked the doctor to see me as they were close to closing the clinic for the night. The doctor agreed to see me. When I got there - Winnie asked if I was ok after the accident, asked if I wanted water to drink, charged my phone for me, and did what she could to reassure me after the accident. Dr Le was great - she was very kind, attentive, explained everything very thoroughly to me and I felt very cared for. I would highly recommend this clinic - the staff are very caring, kind and even though I would have gladly paid a gap for the service - I didn't have to - a real bonus on top of the great service!

Developed a middle ear infection on a public holiday and Juliana and her team couldn’t have been better. Easy booking, very warm welcome and she prescribed exactly what I needed to ensure I could fly New Year’s Eve. Excellent listener and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I've seen 4 different GPs at this practice and they've all been genuinely caring people interested in their patient's welfare. Always a joy to interact with. I have an unusual medical condition and they're generally curious about it rather than dismissive or assuming they know it all. Such a relief after the last GPs I've dealt with. Highly recommend.

Easy to make an appointment. Dr Phil (hah!) was really friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I've had doctors who did the bare minimum to get me out of the door as fast as possible; this was the polar opposite of that. Definitely glad I went here; I'm transferring my medical records to these guys.

See Dr Alison Edwards. She is genuine and cares. Explains everything to you and definitely knows her stuff. I did a skin check with her and she was fantastic. Highly recommend her.

Also, this clinic ain’t at QV. It’s near Flinders Station on Elizabeth.

The reception staff member was friendly and helpful. Dr Khong took the time to listen and did not just prescribe antibiotics and push me out the door. He even suggested long term tips to avoiding colds/flu.

Very happy with this facility as a visitor from out of town.

Winnie is very helpful, friendly and professional. They were efficient, caring and welcome overseas patients as well.
