I had a Filippo Loreti watch that was water damaged. I’d been into Watches of Switzerland who said they’d need 6 weeks to be able to tell me whether or not they could attempt to fix it. I went into Crown Jewellers after this and spoke to a very nice gentleman there who said he had the replacement movement in stock and would be able to have it fixed in 3 working days. It was ready when promised and back fully functional at a reasonable price. Great service thank you

Bought a gorgeous bespoke pendant of white gold & aquamarine here. Take your time & look properly to see what you may find & you don’t feel you have to bring your gold AMEX just to look around.

Took my Suunto in a few days ago to have some links removed and the service I received was fantastic!!
So happy that my watch now fits after being told elsewhere that this was an impossible job.

I've read the other reviews of Crown Jewellers.
I have been a customer for watch battery change for possibly 6 or more years, most recent visit being today. I have no issues to take up as far as service is concerned. They do a great job everytime. I have had batteries replaced for 2 bulgari watches, an ancient seiko digital watch as well as an Aigner watch. As fiddly as these were to replaced, Mr Crown Jeweller did a great job everytime (pardon the intended pun) Ive even had a T&C clock movement repaired here.

I understand that the owners may not be sweet and charming as we would like. But, ťhey are a sweet couple, running a small business that deserves to be supported. Good watchmakers and jewellers are getting harder to find.

I've had 2 rings resized and they did an amazing job so I decided to go back there and get a third ring repaired. I dropped it off on a Saturday morning and the woman told me to call back the following Thursday which we did and it wasn't ready. I called up after two weeks but the man I spoke to said he'd been so busy and hadn't done the repairs as yet. Now it's nearly been over three weeks and still no word. The repairs had been paid for in advance as I was going to get a relative to collect it when it was ready so they didn't have to fork out anything for it. Not the best after receiving good service the first time. Let's hope it doesn't take too much longer otherwise I'll ask for a refund.

Wanted to be sized and the owner refused to help. Turned away for no reason.

I am absolutely disgusted by the service provided by this company. I took my watch in for a simple battery change (first time I've changed the battery as it's less than a year old) on my Marc Jacobs watch, the man scratched the back and said he couldn't get it open. I didn't even get an apology for the scratch just "you brought it in this way, I didn't do that". If you can walk the extra block, go to Mister Minit in the Target Centre, I walked up after and received wonderful service!

Having purchased many gifts from this store, and had jewellery repairs and adjustments done, I've spent well over 1k at this store within the last 5 years. With that, you would expect that an issue with faulty jewellery would be handled with respect. Not the case with this store. After having problems with jewellery after only 3 wears, I've returned to the store to have the necklaces refunded or replaced. I was aggressively abused and yelled at, both in and out of the store. I had my integrity questioned and was accused of lying. It is the responsibility of the store to provide quality products and stand behind the goods they are selling. If a piece is coming apart only after being worn 3 times, there is obviously an issue, especially when the original price tag is $115 . NEVER have I experienced such an abusive and abrasive attitude. The lady in the store, although apologetic man's behavior, did exchange the product, but was making excuses for the insulting and abusive behaviour. All is fine with this store, until there's an issue of any sort. If you do have a problem with a purchase you can expect appalling customer service, to be insulted and a bunch of excuses around why it is ok to treat a costumer so poorly. Avoid this store at all cost. If I could give less than one star I would. The most horrible costumer service experience I have ever had.

After years of being a customer. I was discussed by the attitude of The proprietor. I, in good faith got a watch battery. To be abused on my return. The wife was lovely. The jeweler was an abusive pig.
