Incredible work! I cannot recommend Jenna enough! She worked closely with me (interstate) to ensure the most practical and beautiful ring holder necklace.
Working in a hospital, I wanted something beautiful but needed something durable to protect my rings.
I had a vague idea of the pendant I wanted and Jenna brought it to life better than I could’ve imagined.
There were many emails back and forth with Jenna to ensure the pendant was fit for purpose (Jenna is a perfectionist). Thank you once again!

I love the engagement ring that Jenna made for us. She listened to all my wants and needs, gave lots of options for the stone and presented excellent drawings. The ring turned out better than I expected. I also love the necklace that is a ring holder. It's beautiful and easy to use. Communication was super easy from afar as well. I recently had my partners engagement ring made by Megan Webb Jeweller. I wanted to use gold from old family rings in the process. Jenna was open to my ideas and made it a reality. As a person who has never gone through the process of creating a ring, the assistance I was given was amazing. The final product was beautiful and my now fiancée absolutely loves the ring. Upon our first meeting with Jenna we knew we were in good hands. She was very patient with us, had good designs suggestions and seemed genuinely excited for the project ahead. We loved the ethics of the business and we had my grandmother's engagement ring redesigned for my own engagement ring, as well as creating wedding rings for us both. Wonderful experience with Jenna and Megan who transparently quoted me for the price of melting down some family jewellery for a ring holder pendant. I decided to keep my jewellery and buy one of their existing pendants which I love and have used almost every day for the last few weeks.

Our experience with Megan Webb Jeweller simply could not have been better. After working with Jenna in a covert design process to arrive at the perfect engagement ring, the decision to back it up with our wedding bands was an obvious one! We had a very clear vision for our rings and Jenna executed on our brief flawlessly. She accomodated our many design revisions in a very collaborative process that gave us so much comfort that the image in our minds would become a reality. The quality of her work was also excellent. Jenna was approachable and made the whole process an absolute breeze. She was more than happy to discuss lab grown diamonds and use of recycled gold, a genuine focus on sustainability. With limited knowledge about jewellery finding the perfect ring was a daunting task. After much research and several visits to some of the bigger, more well known jewellers in Melbourne (which all felt a bit too impersonal), I stumbled across Megan Webb online. From the first call with Jenna I knew I'd found the right place.

Jenna was amazing throughout the process. We talked through lots of potential ring designs, stone choices and sustainable options (like recycled diamonds and metals), all while keeping my budget in mind. The design process was a lot of fun and Jenna was very patient with my endless questions. The ring was delivered on time for the proposal despite the covid lockdowns!

I have had really excellent experiences working with both Megan and Jenna at Megan Webb Jeweller. Megan made a beautiful ring for my daughter's engagement, and then remodelled some beautiful family rings for various members of the family. More recently Jenna resized and maintained some rather old rings and did a fabulous job. We have all been delighted with the results. The jewellers are friendly, professional and highly skilled. I went to Megan to have an engagement ring designed and made. She managed to get me more than I could’ve dreamed of within the budget that I wanted. The ring is perfect and beautifully made. We returned to have a wedding ring made, and she designed and made a ring that compliments the engagement ring perfectly. My wife is over the moon.
