DE LAYWES did not provide the level of service expected from a law firm.

They charge more than anyone else for conveyancing and their conveyancing manager Lynn does not take ownership of her work and did not keep us informed throughout the purchase.

Trying to get the right person on the phone is difficult - more often than not going to voice mail.

To make things worse - I asked to speak with one of the partners Simon and he refused to contact me regarding my concerns and decides to side with his staff member rather than his clients - Lynn obviously denying all of my concerns.

Do not use this firm.
