I've spent a long time trying to find this place again. Nobody else here this time due to recent floods but I'll be back. It is a beautifully tranquil spot suited to picnics, reading by riverbank and generally chilling. I have memories of seeing people here fishing and children paddling. Why isn't it listed on recommended beauty spots of the locality?

Amazing place to come swim with the family. Water is cooler then expected, but great for a nice warm day. Dog friendly, but not much room to park my bum and watch the kids swim, so get there early.

A great place to cool off on those hot days camping.... it's a hidden treasure but becoming more popular.....kids love going there.
