Great Ocean Road Real Estate Aireys Inlet

We rented a holiday home from these guys for a few nights. The key pick up and drop off went smoothly and all the staff were very friendly and happy to provide suggestions on walking trails. I wouldn't hesitate in renting a property from them again.

James was very professional in his approach to the sale of our property and his knowledge of the local area is excellent which is a great bonus in selling a property. Communication was excellent and we achieved a quick sale. Highly recommended!

Best in town

We recently rented a house for three nights.
Pros - very helpful and friendly lady in the office. She was highly flexible with check in and check out due to the time of the year, and gave us lots of useful information.
Cons - This company asks for a $1000 bond, even though you pay for the rental in advance. Don't have a problem with this BUT this can only be paid by credit card, and therefore attracts a 1% (or $10) processing fee. They actually take the money off your card, rather than at places such as the Windsor Hotel for example, where they only hold an imprint. It then took them five days to recredit the amount to our card after check out, plus another three days for the bank to action it and of course you don't get the processing fee back, which over the course of a year must add up to a substantial sum for someone.
On balance, we would be reluctant to use them again unless they change their deposit policy
