Nice cafe, good quality coffee, nice staff. Very quiet and a bit dark but good for a quick stop off. Like the coffee and wine art on the wall! Thought it was very creative. Didn't have food when we went so can't comment on that but did have a pastry from the fridge which was nice.

Love this place! Their scrambled eggs are my favourite, and they make great coffee. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The menu is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I really need to visit more often.

THE best hollandaise i have had in years. eggs benedict with pulled lamb... OMG simply amazing. eggs poached to perfection, all served hot fresh and with lovely attitude by all staff. coffee was divine too. really impressed will definitely be back!

Amazing coffee and service every time. Have only eaten there once, had the breakkie burger and it was so bomb! Also play great music. Cozy, warm atmosphere. Highly recommend

Best coffee and barista in the Ripponlea - Balaclava area without a doubt. I live locally and I have been at all the coffee shops around, if you are looking for excellent coffee, this is the place.

Straight out of the gate! You want good coffee? And I mean good coffee - try this place. Smooth, strong, full of deep flavour and perfect temperature.
I had a warmed up banana bread with some butter on top to accompany my brew (I never said I was a healthy guy 😁)
The staff were friendly and knew their craft.

One of my favourite cafes! The food, the atmosphere and, of course, the best coffee. Whatever day you come in, they make you a great coffee with unbelievable consistency it flavour and taste.

The staff are very friendly what makes you want to go back. I used to live next door for one and a half years, but even moving out to Chadstone I still make sure I pop in and get a nice smooth coffee and a little chatter every so often.

PS. Try the breakfast burger.

Ash helped us to pull together a private function at short notice. He was so helpful, and made it so easy for us to plan. The food and drink served was also excellent, had lots of variety and very generous serving sizes - we truly couldn't have asked for a better place to have our event. Highly recommend!

The best coffee in Ripponlea/Glen Eira road since Hawk & Hunter closed.

Service is great and the brunch menu hasn't disappointed so far. It's never too busy or noisy in there so always makes for a relaxed place to sit and enjoy your order and your company.

Ash is one of the loveliest guys you'll meet and Follow The Leader cafe does amazing food and coffee. Can't fault him or his staff for friendliness, service and great food and drink. Breakfasts are amazing, burgers even better. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

The food was amazing - great range on the menu and it tasted delicious. The staff are all so friendly, they were busy but still had time to stop and chat and make sure we were happy. Highly recommended!

One of our favourite places to eat brunch in Melbourne, ran by really nice guys. Food and service is always reliably great, reasonable prices too. Would highly recommend the brekky burger.
