Sunnymead Hotel

The whole experience was amazing! I booked the hotel in the same day urgently as the storm changed my plan of camping nearby. That gave me a chance to visit Sunnymead Hotel! The staff were to nice and friendly. The check in and out process were easy. The hotel is in my favourite color💛 It is a very stylish and new hotel with a high standard. Me and my husband were so glad to stay here and wishing to visit again for more days in the future! We will definitely recommend Sunnymead hotel to our friends.

This motel was a very pleasant surprise. Such a nice place to stay and the room was very comfortable and well appointed with mini bar and a coffee machine.
Everything was quality from the smart TV to the cups, glasses and bar accessories. Bed was super comfortable and the shower great.
Nice touches such as having the AC on when I arrived as it was a very hot day.
I will definitely pick this motel to stay at when I return to this area.

A wonderful and refreshingly modern example of a motel. Just a quick overnight stop for us but a great comfortable room, lovely staff and high quality touches throughout. On arrival, a delicious locally baked sourdough fruit loaf in our room, with coffee and tea. You can tell some care, thought and commitment has gone into the location.

Such a beautiful hidden gem off the great ocean rd. Great location and feels like you’re in a small coastal town within short distance to nice beaches. The hotel was beautiful! So clean, smelt nice, beautiful rooms and nice pool. We felt so relaxed staying here and the hotel felt very happy. Nice for a stop along the great ocean rd if you’re doing a long trip but also great for a weekend getaway if you’re after some privacy or quiet. Would definitely come back here and recommend to others.

Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Spacious room. Big screen tv. Comfy bed. Quality towels. We were happy to see that dishes, cutlery, board games and Netflix were included in the room rental. One of the best roadside hotel complexes we have ever stayed in!

Great little hotel in perfect spot across from the pub. Staff were super friendly and easy to deal with in the lead up and check in/check out.
Our room was really nicely decorated and the little extras they have in there make the experience: cocktail shaker kit especially.
Will definitely come back on our next trip to the surf coast

Sunnymead Hotel has been a haven of warmth and comfort. The staff's genuine hospitality sets a delightful tone, making you feel truly welcome. The accommodation has a seamless blend of modern amenities with classic charm and is a short 2 min walk to a local brewery which adds a local touch to the stay. The indy spa on site is a serene retreat, but the treatment from therapists Ella and Emma was truly exceptional, both adding a personalized touch to our rejuvenating experience. The Sunnymead Hotel is a gem where attentive staff, delightful rooms, and top-notch spa service converge, creating a memorable and pampering escape.

Great hotel, rooms are spacious, modern, clean and beautifully decorated.
Plenty of parking and check in was easy and quick.
We didn’t go into the pool but it did look nice. Same with the spa.
Would stay again.

I love this place! Exactly what this area needs. Clean, friendly service, amazing location, sunny pool, comfortable beds, good air conditioning.

We stayed 4 nights in early January then just booked a last minute one night stay again. I look forward to our next visit!

We loved our stay at Sunnymead. The team at Sunnymead were just wonderful - making sure our every need was met with smiling faces. Our room and all hotel spaces were a delight. Thoroughly recommend.

Such a cute hotel, love the vibes and liked that it wasn’t a boring hotel room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom lovely and clean and came with a very well working aircon/heater and fridge. Would definitely stay here again! Only took off a star as some fresh water in the fridge would’ve been great!

Sunnymead Hotel is such a special place to me now after my recent stay. The vibe and decor is so bright and uplifting. The employees are so friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean, neat and tidy. The rooms had everything we needed and the bathrooms are stocked with such gorgeous products and an incredible shower that made me feel I was at a spa! The location is perfect, close to restaurants, a grocer and beautiful walking trail. I highly recommend staying here to recharge! Can't wait to come back :)

My husband and I just stayed at Sunnymead and opted in for one of the packages that included dinner vouchers and a visit to the on-site spa. We loved our stay. The team at Sunnymead were so welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We'd definitely go back!

Great little motel at Aireys Inlet, placed along the Great Ocean Road. Very affordable little room and completely amazing update to the venue with the cool and fun decoration. Great little spot along the Great Ocean Road for those doing the drive

We had an amazing weekend away at Sunnymead. Thank you! Great vibe, great room, great amenities (the spa is wonderful), great staff, great restaurant, great location. It is the perfect getaway down the coast. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Really great hotel. We had a small click in the aircon in room 18 but otherwise it was perfect.

Good location - walking distance to a few cafes and a pub. There is a walking track to the Lighthouse and a cafe nearby.
Room - spacious, very comfortable, excellent facilities
Restaurant - not opened on the day we stayed but delivered food to our room - authentic Indian food as it was an Indian restaurant.
Staff - friendly and knowledgeable about the area

Beautiful aesthetic hotel. Very clean, spacious parking and nice shower.
They squeezed us in last minute as we were stranded with no camping site, great service, highly recommended 🌞

LOVED IT! We had a really relaxing and fun 2 night escape to Sunnymead - the attention to detailing with your yellow/sunny styling really made me smile (funnily enough they are also my biz brand colours) and the staff were super helpful and always friendly. Thanks again - we will be back :-)

10/10 for what you’re paying for. Really friendly staff and nice rooms. The rooms have a modern, clean and free flowing design with comfy beds and an amazing bathroom. Bathroom comes with quality soaps and shampoos etc from a local business. Quiet location in walking distance from restaurants.
