KFC Caulfield never fail to deliver the right order vis DoorDash or Pick up the staff very polite

Well, the chicken wings were well cooked and the burger had enough Mayo. I have no complaints. The place was clean enough and KFC is usually tasty. Pretty much the same, but good enough.

Best zinger chipster I've ever had and I've been to a lot of KFCs, thank you.

Always fresh and they actually pay attention to your order. Great customer service specially Bella such a sweet girl.

Thank you to the girl with the pink hair that made my chips extra yum and seasoned when I asked for a salt packet to go with my chips. Appreciate she went the extra mile so I could get that flavour bomb on my hot potatoey goodness. You made my night.

Alot more spacious than I expected it to be from seeing the outside, Multiple stations to order your meal from - comfortable chair and tables to wait in but very dirty and still covered in food left overs (which wouldn't be the case if people cleaned up after themselves) but would expect staff to clean the tables or wipe them down at least. Didn't wait for long for food got it hot and fresh.

I had an amazing experience with one of the front counter workers, from what I can tell his name was Prateek. Such friendly and fast service, couldn't recommend it anymore. I will most definitely be returning. Keep up the good work!

As someone who is originally from Albury-Wodonga where you can expect a minimum 10 minute wait time at each store and usually the drive-thrus are backed up to the street, the speed of service here is a breath of fresh air in comparison.

What impressed me most was the one night I walked into the store and there were about 15 orders ahead of me in the queue. Considering the wait times I experienced in my hometown with just 5 orders ahead of me, I expected the worst. Yet the efficiency and accuracy in service I saw that night was honestly astounding. Multiple names/numbers a minute were being called and I was in and out in just under 10 minutes, with every item in my order being fulfilled perfectly. I highly commend the staff that were working that night, and believe they should travel up the Hume and show the border KFCs how it's done.

It's just a KFC, set your expectations accordingly. Food was fine, service was fine.

They have kiosk machines in this joint so no need for human interaction. Ordered off the app anyway for app only deals.

Demographic has a bit to do with the atmosphere so it's not the shop's fault, this is very much a pick me up and go location for KFC. If in need of something to eat and go, this is perfect for that.

as someone who works at kfc (down on the peninsula) i was extremely impressed with their efficiency as well as the quality of the food. everything was extremely fresh and juicy.

Love the service. They ran out of baked chicken and made us wait for around 15 to 20 mins, however ended up giving us 2 extra sliders for our patience. Dont get that kind of service at other kfcs. Another young lady who was at the register noticed my partner looking for serviettes and helped him out despite being busy.

By far the best KFC in Melbourne. Always clean and tidy and always freshly cooked. Ive moved away from the area a few times but always drive out of my way to get KFC specifically from here, I've since moved back to the area.
Last night, we ordered through Menulog and the driver brought the wrong food and wouldn't correct his mistake so we called up KFC Caukfeild to let them know what had happened and Ben was an absolute legend and made sure everything was sorted. Best customer service. On the otherhand avoid menulog they suck.

Always have such a good time here, although, could be cleaner.
Even though sometimes my order isn't right the staff dedicate to making it right.. Always have such good Chicken in the BLT...
12/10 would eat again.

Literally the best, Ben he was clean and good was amazing and delivered very fast these workers operate under fast time frames so don’t be a jerk. Plus the food was epic let’s go zinger box.

I believe it was most likely the Narsacistic lunatic that has been (hacking) posing as a loved one, so i call it shamefull decieving of the worst kind on all my devices n thinks they have it all under control. Narsacist never really control anything with empaths around because you will find the heart far outweighs the brain in every way..
Its great too be smart but its amazing what you will find your heart knows when you allow it to be filled with wants, desires and harmony for the better of mankind.
But kfc has been an awesome place to sit n watch it walk past, that was more like 3 months ago i was there. Great food.

Normally this place was bad but if you come early the food is nice and fresh!
