I arrived to do the handover and familisation of my Hybrid Camper with Nic Reis. I was extremely impressed by Nic, his professionalism, and so easy to talk to. There was nothing too small or large that he was unable to handle. I highly recommend a visit to the store and may be to also check out the clothing range and staff.

Excellent, very friendly, and helpful staff who tracked down the elusive size in the shoe that l wanted. Great range of hiking shoes.

Nice presentation in store.
I was amazed about how clean it looked, and the amount of staff in each section.
What really impressed me, was the items like the long johns hanging up, to avoid customers opening them. Visual manager is on point at this store.

Best price for marine gear after checking other marine stores

I was happy everything was in stock. The prices were pretty good too. Its worth it to sign up for membership, as you get really decent discounts. To hire boots on the mountain is usually around $25. Here you can get kids ones for $20 and adult for $35+. So just buy them and have them for years to come.

Very happy with the service at this store. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to assist looking further into product specifics. When you're spending a lot of money you definitely want good product knowledge from sales staff. Will be back for more once funds replenish.

One of my favourite place to buy all my fishing equipment, I been going to this place for a very long time now. Staff are very friendly, always has great prices. If you never been I recommend you have visit. I would recommend this place

Everytime I go there the service is fantastic.I went in on Friday and there was a very long queue for the registers, a male staff member came & called out for all who were doing a click and collect & had us out in a flash. Excellent customer service. I was a bit confused when it came to gas bottles and attachments but i was helped by Jack who really listened to what i was after and was a great help. From start to finish he provided exceptional support and he even came to the front and filled up the bottle for me. I've only just started shopping at anaconda and so far have had great experiences every time. Highly recommend!

There's an Anaconda store available in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne in Epping. I just love Anaconda for hiking gear. Just saved heaps on a pair of Keen hiking shoes, needed for my next trip to Spain to finish the Norte Camino, interrupted by Covid in 2020. Picked up zip-off hiking pants for $19.00. Bonus.

Its 545am in perth,WA and just got off the phone to make a call to epping victoria which is 830 am over there to check if they had the GME XRS uhf kit as WA was running out of stock.Spoke to a warm friendly person interstate by the name of Amber.She went out of her way to help and also source the two stores i could approach for stock in WA that was coming and 1 store that could have two in layby.
It is reassuring to know there are still some good sorts out there like amber that values ol fashioned customer service as she displayed no rush even though I wasnt buying from her store let alone state.Thank you Amber.I hope there are more like you that provides exceptional service .

Bought a porta potti for our van and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. The lady at the front called for someone to help us and he was there waiting by the time we got to the department. He explained it all to us (pros of a particular model) and all the chemicals needed. Was very happy with the service. Will definitely be back.
