Beacon Lighting Burwood

A very big thank you to Tammy the manager who assisted me with a refund on a faulty light fitting in the most professional and courteous manner. She went over and above to ensure a positive outcome unlike customer service who tried to pass the buck on the warranty. These were not cheap lights and I expected them to last. I am hoping my other set doesn't fail but I am grateful to Tammy and Liam who assisted me initially when I approached the store where I purchased them. Wonderful customer service, approachable and with an amazing selection of beautiful light fittings. I will be back I would highly recommend Beacon to anyone looking for beautiful light fittings and especially this store.

We went to Beacon as we wanted to change the lighting in our house. Liam helped us out and provided a solution that was cost effective and fit for purpose. We got a quote from Beacon and Liam helped with ensuring all the items arrived at their store in time for our electrical works.
Liam is highly professional, easy to deal with, very patient and helpful. On the day that we went to pick up our order, while we were checking all the items, Liam got my son some activity books to keep him busy.
Happy with the service we received from Liam and the light fittings have enhanced the look of our house.

Great range and service. May find similar item cheaper online but lighting is something you want to see and have a warranty. Besides, if you're referred by a sparkie, you get a significant discount.

My LED's were coming up to the end of the 5 year warranty. Unfortunately they must have been part of a bad batch, as Beacon are quite perplexed as to why a few of them have started failing in the past few months.

As a business, sometimes unintended things can go wrong with your products/service... but it's how you deal with it that shows your true colours.

Instead of proving road-blocks to getting this sorted, Beacon have been really fair and reasonable in helping me find an appropriate solution.

Beacon Lighting have an amazing range of lighting so you're sure to find something for any room and decor. My entire house is fitted with their lights - inside and out.
The staff are also have great knowledge of their products. The staff are always friendly and recognise and know me by my name.

Good range and they have a lighting design service which if you buy your lights above a certain amount is basically free. They also stock a good range of ceiling fans and have some interesting switches

Called in today to investigate replacement of halogen downlights with LED downlights. The young gentleman was very obliging, knowlegable and of great assistance. Back soon
