KFC Leongatha

The staff are friendly and so helpful. When I got charged twice accidentally due to computer error they helped me get a refund. The Chicken tenders are the best at this particular KFC as I have been to ones where they're too salty. Thank you for the yummy lunch!

Last Sunday, it was late and we were travelling back to Melbourne from the Prom. We arrived less than half an hour before close after a really busy day everywhere along Gippsland (It was hot and sunny). The staff were in cleaning mode and looked really really weary. They had almost nothing left (Nothing cooked that is). Regardless, the girl who served us was still polite and helpful and the team still put on a brave face and cooked up a new batch of food for us. It was worth the wait. It was hot and generous and just what we needed at the end of our tiring day.
Great job team!! Our group rated you the one of the best KFC we've visited, and we've visited quite a few.

I love it. The original chicken is the best. So juicy, so tender and very tastefull.

The service here also nice, they serve us well.

The plase has enough seat and 2 toilets so the customer dont have to wait long to wash their hands or something.

As far as a kfc goes this was pretty good, the food was quick, hot and the service was friendly

I've visited this kfc a few times in recent months while travelling over to the east. It's generally quite clean and the food has always been as expected. Like all places that hire students, the service has been hit or miss but what do you expect from teens these days.

I am not a big fan of fast food outlets. This KFC really impressed me and the family. Kyle and Brandon were so polite and friendly,they went out of their way in satisfying our order. The meal was excellent.

These boys & girls will go along way in the hospitality industry. All have great positive attitudes as well as plenty of enthusiasm .

From turning into the driveway, to turning out of the driveway, with our food, would have been no more than 2 minutes. The young man who took our drive through order was so friendly, and helpful, as were the people who gave us our order. It was piping hot, and smelt Devine. Best kfc experience I’ve ever had, in my 40-years. Well done!

The young lady that served me was so amazing. Even though she had to let people know their was no salt and waiting for the truck to come in. She did with a big smile and wonderful attitude. I think the should do employee of the month awards I would definitely recommend her.🌟🌟🌟🌟💐💜💐💜

Went here on Anzac weekend on Saturday night about 6pm, just passing through Leongatha.
It was of course very busy, and I expected a fairly long wait, and that was the case.
The person who seemed to be in charge was a young woman in the front area, supported by a group of even younger workers. She was tall with dark hair and wearing glasses for reference.
Anyway, despite of how busy it was, she was very on top of things, working calmly but quickly and efficiently to keep on top of orders. She directed her staff as to what was needed, she was polite to all customers and always remembered to ask customers if they needed anything else. As a result, her young team were also working efficiently and getting orders done as speedily as possible . Just wanted to give a heads up to the crew and their leader working that holiday shift. Well done.

The kiosk didn't allow me to customize the burger and swap large chips with something else. However order was placed. I spoke to the Staff they helped me. They are very helpful and food was really good.

Exceptional service, very polite. Had to wait about 10 minutes for chicken. They gave us a free large chips and some amusements for the kids including a map of the area. Upon receiving our order I could see why they were running out of chicken...it was amazing. They had a full drive through...in the 10 minutes we were waiting there was a large order cheerfully taken by the smiling staff about every 30 seconds in store. Highly recommend this KFC. 😀

Visiting KFC Leongatha was truly a GODLIKE experience, the staff were incredibly polite and offered fast and efficient service. The food was nothing short of perfect. All chicken was cooked perfectly and was thoroughly enjoyed by the lads and I at 10 30 on a Sunday morning, hats off to everyone at KFC Leongatha for giving me and all my friends a wonderful experience, which I will never forget <3

I was taken back by the memorising experience I was a part of at this KFC. Between the glorious customer service from a boy named Jett, and the chicken melting in my mouth. This KFC was truly a part of HEAVEN.

Came through here late last night with my daughter and was very impressed with the level of customer service shown by staff . Apon running out of chicken for our order the staff were most apolagetic and dutifully arranged it's replacement expediantly well done to staff and thank you from my daughter

For the first time in a long time had chicken at kfc that was actually really well cooked nice and juicy Yumm.
