I popped by on a Saturday to see if they had a product I saw on their website, I got a very quick ‘no’ to my question and then when I paused for a moment I got a shrug and a ‘have to order’ and then he moved on as if my conversation ended there. So I decided to go somewhere where service still exists. If you’re not keen on providing good customer service maybe find a different role. Avoid if you can.

I saw him be rude as to a courier driver.
