Moyhu Hotel

We had a great dinner here more than a year ago and were happy to find that the food is still great and the staff very friendly.
Note that it can get busy and as we arrived around 7:30 on a Friday night we were advised it would be around an hour’s wait for dinner. It was a pleasant wait though, made more enjoyable by a couple of glasses of their excellent wine

Awesome pub and live music venue!!!! Thank goodness Moyhu pub is supporting live music and bringing rad artists like Dallas Frasca to the north east. Excellent spot for dinner, great prices on drinks. Brilliant pub. The outdoor music area is absolutely mint! They even had a fire drum and outside bar. Can’t wait to back and see more terrific musicians. Thanks Moyhu Hotel 🙌

Surprisingly good dinner experience. The leafy, breezy courtyard was beautiful early evening, and my chicken schnitzel was excellent. Staff were super friendly. Desserts hit and miss – my sticky toffee pudding was a little dry with not much sauce.

We had lunch on the verandah. A real surprise find. All in the group said the food was great. My steak we really well prepared - a real medium-rare as ordered, not overcooked like most pub steaks. Service was friendly and really helpful. We'd call again.

My husband and I had an absolutely beautifully presented and perfectly cooked meal at the Moyhu Hotel. The staff were very attentive and the wine, beer and meals, including the perfectly cooked steak, could not be faulted. Highly recommend visiting this unique pub. Always enjoy a typical country pub and they don’t come much better than the Moyhu Hotel. Friendly staff, great food and a wonderful vibe…highly recommended

I recently visited this pub, and I must say, the food service was absolutely amazing! The flavours were exceptional, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. This place is a hidden gem worth discovering.

Excellent pub and Mel has a great sense of humour , definately come in for a drink and some great food 👍 10/10

The Moyhu Pub is our favourite in Summer or Winter.

We settled in on a beautiful night in the beer garden. Some great music playing in the background, a short but delicious menu and Chloe our host who just made it perfect!

Our meals were just delicious. The whole experience, lovely.

And if you are there on a rainy winters night, you can eat your pub fare by the fire.

We are so lucky this is our local. And to top it off, all meals are prepared onsite, and prices are great.

What a fantastic hidden gem. We had lunch and dinners at this lovely pub. Food was amazing and the service great. If you are passing by l would highly recommend stopping in and enjoying the atmosphere of this awesome pub! We will be back!

Classic little country pub, warm friendly atmosphere. Generous food sizings which were yummy. Bonus pub dogs to get your attention 😍 beautiful little spot Mohyu, worth the visit!

Nice pub with a good country atmosphere and amazing food

Divine, unreal, stunning, amazing. Atmosphere beautiful, great service and extremely accommodating for us and our pup. Food is to die for and great range of drinks. Will return time and time again to try everything on the menu!
