Bayswater Library

After visiting most of the libraries around the area, it's safe to say I found my favorite. Jo and all the other staff are so kind, patient, friendly and helpful to everybody. Watching the staff with other customers was lovely. Staff know the community and the people and always have a kind world for everyone. Its a clean, happy and interesting library with lots to do and look at. I wish they would bring heather back as she is greatly missed by customers and staff. Please consider this as she is a big part of the bayswater library community. Sadly after visiting the new knox library I will be avoiding it as much as possible. The location is terrible on the 3rd level. It lacks atmosphere and feels more like a uni library instead of a community space. These comments do not reflect on the knox staff as the ones I have known for years are all lovely but I will be happier to go to bayswater library from now on.

Best library I have been to, staff are friendly and genuinely look happy. Always running fun activities for kids mainly on school holidays!

Beautiful library and absolutely nicest staff. One lady yesterday, I wish I could remember her name, was SO friendly and helpful signing up my son for his first library card, explaining to me all the services at the library, and everything else. I was so pleased and impressed and my son is delighted to go back. Thank you Bayswater library!! 😊

Been to a couple ERL libraries, and reckon its the best, friendly and knowledgable staff and seems to have lots of activities and talks from authors etc happening!

The staff are always so lovely and extremely helpful. Great facilities and very handy if you need access to computers, printing and scanning in addition to their great selection of books.

Excellent library with warm, welcoming and helpful staff. They hold the best story time sessions for kids.

I've visited a few ERLs and believe this one to be the best because of the knowledgeable, pleasant staff and the apparent abundance of events and author presentations taking place there.

I just observed a library staff member providing excellent support in a calm and patient way to a community member with very limited English language and internet skills.
