Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be a return customer. I purchased a BBox drink bottle from them online because it was the cheapest option I found. There were problems with the delivery, which were in no way the fault of Hello Charlie. When it was returned to their warehouse, they sent it again with another carrier at not extra cost to me.

I couldn't be more impressed with my experience with Hello Charlie. Shipping was fast, I was updated every step of the way. And the products are amazing. I ordered the kakadu plum and marshmallow body wash and lotion set by Bubba Organics. Couldn't wait to try it when it arrived this afternoon. After a bath with the body wash and a massage with the lotion, I bundled my 18 month old into her PJs and she was down for her nap within minutes. Heavenly products! Wonderful service. Will definitely be coming back.

Very easy to use the website and has a wide range of ethical minded products. Shipping was quick and great customer service. I also like you can purchase nappies in bulk and there’s a wide variety of samples to purchase at a reasonable price so you can try a range of different products.

Shipping was really fast and product range is great for new mothers looking for healthier, more environmentally friendly alternatives, such as myself. Everything I needed in one place. Would recommend the nappy sampler pack - I found it really helpful and used the guide provided to write which nappy styles I preferred and have purchased my preferred nappies since. Really happy with my experience.

I ordered some bowls and had an issue when i received an email from the courier saying they had delivered them, but i had not received them. Hello Charlie responded immediately to my enquiry and have constant feedback as they worked with the courier company to resolve the issue. I was very happy with the customer service, and very glad to discover in the end that the package had been delivered to the wrong address a back door of a neighbors house and they had been away so hadn't seen the package. All sorted now and the kids are so excited to have the bowls.
