My first experience as a solo female camper! Such a beautiful campsite, I had called and spoke to Tracey before heading up from Brisbane, and just asked for her advice and she recommended a spot on the property for me. Very safe and well maintained sites! Clean amenities (hot water for the showers, although in summer you won’t need it!) will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I've stayed 4 times this year throughout all seasons. With large groups in March, May, September and again Solo in September. NCBR is the perfect spot, only an hour from Redcliffe, clean amenities, open areas. Pet friendly, Fire pits allowed and caters for all camping needs , tents, Swags, caravans, rooftops etc. Grounds are flat and risen so you can choose your area. Plenty of shaded spots and open sunlight spots.. The owners are friendly and the grounds are well maintained. The nature and wildlife is abundant. Their saturday night concert events are the best amd it's not too overcrowded. Love this place. Will continue to go back.

Kids and myself love it here! It's always green and the Waterways are fresh until one of the kids upstream says "mum do you feel a warm patch" 😂 got flooded in one year but the next day the staff were great helping us get rid of the broken gazebo. It is more pricey than other places and charges a school holiday surcharge even when it's no different to any other day. It has everything you could possibly need with a kiosk and dogs allowed.

First time there and absolutely loved it. Stayed in E section, with only 4 neighbours and no one was in each other's pockets. They have movie nights for the kids, ice cream and coffee trucks. Looked after and well maintained. Only creek water, toilet long drop blocks and showers. Is our new go to an hour from home.

Last week we travelled 1.5hrs north of Brisbane to spend 4 nights with family and friends at Neurum Creek Bush Retreat.
It’s a huge property located on Neurum Creek with quite large sites that allow for a decent space between neighbours. It's also a great spot for a large group.
All-in-all a great weekend of 🥵 hot weather, 💦 lots of swims, 🌄 beautiful sunsets, 🌫 misty mornings and plenty of interesting wildlife around. We saw goannas, kookaburras, wallabies, turtles and a gorgeous kingfisher which was hanging out at the creek.
A bit of campground info:
🚗2WD accessible
🏕 All camp types welcome
⛺ Tents available for hire
📈 Some sites aren’t level. If you have a van maybe phone and check first before booking a site.
🏊🏼Swim in Neurum Creek
🛶 Bring the canoe to use in the creek
🔌Mostly unpowered but some powered available
🚿2 amenity blocks
🚽Drop toilets in amenity blocks + other drop toilets located around the campground. They can be a bit of a walk so if you have a camp toilet it would probably be worth taking
🚰 Creek and rainwater only (boiling rqd)
🛒 A few items to buy at the office
🧊 Ice available to purchase as office
🎞 Movie nights at the Shady Shelter
🚴🏼‍♀ Plenty of tracks so bring the bikes for the kids
🕷 If camping near a big tree, watch out for the drop spiders at night
🤳 Telstra 3G with sketchy 4G
🔥 Fires allowed (wood available to buy)
🐶 Dogs allowed
💵 $14.50/night/adult plus one-ff $7 site booking (standard rate). Children/Dogs extra.

Great Family & pet friendly camping location. Keep in mind that pets are not allowed in national parks, which is just down the road. Every site has a fire pit area. Hot water showers are a great bonus! We camped in the sites starting with ‘P’ and thought they were great, not too crowded, close to the creek and plenty of space and grass.

A little gem of a camping area not that far from Brissy. Well run with helpful staff from the small entry office. Camp sites are well used, but there remain some grassy areas for those with tents. The creek is very nice, the amenities are great, and firewood is available at the office. Hiking paths from the campground up to the hills and ridges behind give nice views. All up, we will visit again.

The place was nice. Had great facilities, you can choose your site on the website. Some sites are a lot more secluded then others. So it's based on what you like. And I really want to point out that their website is probably the best camping website I've ever used.

The creek wasn't one that I'd want to swim at, it doesn't really run well so it looks mossy, and a little dirty on the top at areas. However it provided for some beautiful views and great trails to walk along.

They have some good rules in place and the firewood bags there are only $13. Within the office they have a brochure of different wildlife you expect to see which is a nice touch for a campsite.

We had limited interactions with the office staff but we're friendly during our minimal interactions.

Beautiful camp grounds with plenty of flat shady big camping spots. Love the fact that is pet friendly. There are lots of activities to do, birdlife around, hiking tracks, biking tracks for kids, running creeks for swimming, etc.
The owners are friendly and helpful.
Firewood is available for purchase.
Toilets are clean and available to use.
Will definitely stay here again.

What a lovely place, very large but with well sized sites catering to everyone. We had site e3 with amazing views and very cheeky wildlife. Staff were lovely to deal with. Showers and toilets were great :) Will def come back Just make sure you bring strong pegs as the ground is quite hard and due to being on the side of a mountain can have some rocks buried in it. Def worth a visit :)

Great place to get away from Brisbane only an hours drive. Its also dog & pet friendly, The owners are very friendly & always happy to help. The camp sites are very generous & in some cases you can get 3 families on 1 site. The amenities are clean.

Always a wonderful stay... park is well kept, composting toilets are clean and no odour. Nice hot showers. Varying size sites for all group and set up types! Always our "go to" for a quick weekend away that's still close to Brisbane. Love being able to take our fur baby along too.

We recently stayed here, arriving on a Saturday afternoon. The place was full. Luckily we had a reservation. We really enjoyed the layout, the amenities were clean, and the water hot. We loved sitting around our camp fire and sharing it with a local. We'll return.

Our family have been coming here for years! Now my kids have flown the nest I come with the dogs 🐕 who love it too. It’s just a 45 minute drive for me so a very quick escape to the country.

Tracey and her crew are super helpful, they put on some great events (which can get overly busy), but having just camped in my favourite site (to remain a secret 😂) it’s always the most beautiful room in the house.

Great little shop for firewood, ice and essentials, with showers and drop toilets.

Great place to camp. We love it at Neurum Creek. Great for kids. Moves ever night for kids on holidays. Dog friendly. Coffee van Friday- Monday. Lots of camp sites. Amenities are cleaned every day. Drop toilets don't smell. Cant fault at all.

This spacious camp ground, nestled at the base of the northern end of the D'Agulair Ranges, near Woodford is perfect for the entire family including your fur baby. Not at all like a normal caravan park, with large grassy sites that can take up to 3 family groups & large off grid caravans. They have limited powered sites but also offer tent hire for those who don't have their own. On the banks of Neurum Creek it's great for a dip or a canoe paddle. A quiet country holiday only 1hr from Brisbane. They also host Tribute Bands regularly throughout the year, where everyone from young children to their grandparents can get up and dance & sing along before strolling back to their camp-site. I highly recommend this place.

First time to Neurum Creek Bush Retreat with my wife and two girls. We loved it lovely large campsites, clean amenities and a great creek nearby. Fires at night and a reasonable curfew. Pet friendly and an onsight store for the things you forgot to take. I'm told there are movies and other entertainment on the holiday weekends. Do yourself a favour and have a look. We'll be back.

Wonderful camping experience! Situated at the entry of D’Aguilar NP, 10 minutes from Woodford and 20-30 minutes drive from Caboolture. The hosts were nice and they keep the campsite well-maintained. Watch out for venomous snake.
