Knox Library – Ngarrgoo

This new Knox Library is a vast improvement on the old one. Definitely more spacious and brighter, and it now has private meeting rooms and study pods too.

I need to express my gratitude to all the librarians at Knox Library for the exceptional job they've done today. With so many people experiencing power outages at home, we've all gathered here to utilize the library's resources. In my opinion, it's important to show basic courtesy to one another and to be understanding, rather than selfishly reserving spots for friends who haven't arrived, thereby preventing others from using the computers. The library staff are already working diligently, and we shouldn't add to their burden. I particularly want to thank Anthony ( or Alan I don't know his name for sure), who has gone above and beyond to accommodate everyone's needs and ensure everything runs smoothly. This is no small feat, and their efforts are greatly appreciated!

We would like to express our gratitude to Knox Library Express today for their patience, professionalism, good services and willing to accomodate everyone, despite huge turnout from local residents having to use the library space and internet due to power outage. Our loved one (Special needs) have to use the library because he has office meeting this morning. One kind lady gave him some spare to share. Thank you everyone. Stay safe. Blessings.

The library is very quiet and spacious. Jack helped us with IT issues and getting a library card. He was very accommodating, kind and patient with us. Massive thank you to the team, especially Jack!

Managed to book the only study pod they had. Alan directed me to the place upon my arrival. It's a nice and small place, closed from all the 'noise' out elsewhere in the library. Had a very productive day working from there attending to all my meetings. Was lucky no one else kicked me out.

Regardless, thanks to Alan who was super helpful to me.

I'd like to see more of those study pods being set up, plus a water dispenser would have been nice.

It is not a very big library for a big shopping centre.
I got my library card there, and the library lady was the nicest librarian I have ever met. Very very polite and patient. She took her time introducing all the layout of the library & how to use the systems/online system as well, etc.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Good selection of books and ebooks both in the library and on Libby.

Make use of the online options here for putting books on hold and accessing a huge variety of digital content. Great educational games and resources for kids. Plenty of options for adults too, and it is all free to access with a library card. Go and sign up, it is so worth it!

FREE GAMES (well I mean you have to set the reservation on the website and it’s only for like 2-3 weeks before you have to return it- but like yeah.)
