I worked as a house cleaner through Jarvis as an additional job to reach a financial goal in 2021-2022.

99% of clients were absolutely lovely, respectful and realistic as to what could be achieved in a 1 or 2 or 3 hour clean. Sometimes a client had no clue about cleaning, that’s ok, it was just a matter of explaining and managing expectations so they are happy. I loved leaving their homes sparkling. It feels satisfying!

Jarvis was fair with pricing their cut and payments. Polite ladies answered the phone for any question or concern. I had one awful client and the Jarvis people sorted it promptly. I believe this company are from the Phillipines, they are nice, sweet and switched on in their communications.

From a cleaner’s perspective, this company is what you make it. Turn up to jobs on time and do your best quality work. From the client’s point of view, if you want a cleaner, take your time to find him or her then show them you appreciate them. It’s like finding the right hairdresser/personal trainer/ any other service worker, and you need to trust them in your house.

I have utilized Jarvis Home Services twice so far...
For the first time, the cleaner was hard-working but might be lacking a bit of experience in professional cleaning.
We communicated our concerns with Jarvis and they sent out another one named as Sabrina for the second visit.
I must say - I am totally satisfied with the cleaning service. She did exactly how I wanted to clean in all areas we allocated her to do. Her professionalism exceeded my high expectations. Everywhere she cleaned was spotless and perfect.

The new cleaner they sent was amazing, he cleaned everything inside out and left the house spotless. I would highly recommend this service. Only once out of 2 years of service have I had a 4 star clean, the rest have been full 5 stars and extremely satisfied with every clean over the 2 years. Jarvis are very customer oriented and easy to deal with .
Even though my first experience was not great , Jarvis were quick to sort out the issue for me and assigned a new butler for my next visit on fairly short notice.
Very quick and easy to use portals and good follow up have left me with a peace of mind to not worry about regular visits.

Jarvis has been very accommodating when I needed to change the booked times to suit my needs, and my cleaner has been amazingly helpful. Very happy with the service and I LOVE the app. Very easy to use, can leave a to do list alongside any notes or clarifications you need to make for the cleaner should you be busy or not present at the time etc adjust clean times, whatever you may need can all be done through the app

I had my first clean today with Jarvis. Jarvis were in regular communication with me about timing of the clean, ensuring the times worked for both myself and their staff. The cleaner (Ari) actually arrived slightly early - at my last-minute request - to accommodate a last-minute meeting I had to attend.

On arrival, Ari was very friendly and professional, and checked my priorities and preferences before commencing her work. I left the property during the clean for work meetings, and returned to an impeccably cleaned apartment, covering everything I asked for and more.

I would 100% recommend this service, and will be continuing to use it as a recurring service.
