Elgas Rockhampton

Not discrediting other people's experiences in the past but Elgas Rockhampton really came trough for me. We managed to run out of gas, both cylinders on a Sunday, ordered online then called them in the morning and I had two replacement cylinders by afternoon. No complaints so far, at a competitive price.

Great place to get gas from. There might be times where the delivery took longer than expected, but when calling their customer service to followup about it, they were always very friendly and easy to talk with.

Excellent service. Jody delivered a 90kg bottle full of gas for us down a steep bush block. It was very difficult but he kept at it slipping and sliding until he manoeuvred it into place. He then connected it all up for us and cheerfully went on his way. So impressed with his attitude and comittment to getting the job done.

Absolutely terrible and unreliable. We ordered a gas tank at-least 2 or 3 months ago which I thought our tank had arrived within a couple of days but when I went to order a new tank a couple of weeks ago turns out that gas tank from 2 months ago never arrived so I called them up and was then told the tank will arrive on the Friday. 2 weeks later we realise that tank that was meant to come Friday never came. According to the app another delivery was expected today in our area so I called up again today to find out what is happening with the deliveries today and wether or not our tank from months ago will finally arrive and I was told that they are having issues with our area and that the guy pulled the plug and stopped working half way through his shift today. This company obviously needs to work on their organisation and management. Not happy and am changing companies. The lady on the phone wasn’t of much help either and doesn't sound too friendly.

I can't give 0 stars, so 1 will do. Absolutely horrid company. Countless phone calls to get them to deliver, they refuse because I lock my gates to keep my dogs safe, I've told them to knock on my door and they refuse. The past 2-3 deliveries I've gotten have been ditched at my gate which was at least better than not having hot water. They don't check gas canisters, they are rude as bloody anything to deal with. Every phone call they are so rude! Disgusting. Will not use you again. My partner runs a business and they're still rude to him! Doesn't matter if you're residential or commercial they do not care a lick about any of their customers.
Learnt my lesson and will be sure to tell EVERYONE we come across.

They don't deliver as much as it says on line they do. Companies shouldn't puffer a service they don't intend to forfill

Would give a zero if I could. I had to go all weekend without hot water when they knew we were having gas installed sometime in the week. And had to go another day without gas and that’s enough for me to open the swear jar! Would never ever recommend and refer people to change companies!

Ordered a new bottle of gas and was told the delivery would be the 29th Jan. today is the 9th of Feb and I was still waiting.

Absolutely useless been trying to get a bottle of gas for a month and keep getting the old we will call you back, you can jam it

This company does not answer their phone !!
Tried to call twice to open a new account, I guess I have to stay with Origin.

Far out waited all day for my gas bottle to turn up and never came pick your act up
