H&E Car and Machinery Transport

I’m still waiting for my refund on a defective vehicle I made a deposit on. I was told my deposit was refundable. I requested my refund and was messaged “I was wasting their time, that I’m “not getting the money back” and they have declined to refund my money. I didn’t change my mind I simply recognised the vehicle was defective and asked for my agreed refund of my deposit. Which is anyones right when buying something advertised. That it is what is advertised and what you are getting not something different.
I strongly advise anyone to google search this company and owners names before dealing with them.

Worst company ever to use! No one use them. Our car was meant to be here Tuesday last week and has just turned up, wouldn't even knock off $50-100 for there screw ups
