Awesome! 3 Night Stay in the pub was great! Staff were friendly.. Food was Great! Had a win on the Pokies and loved having a yarn with the locals. Loved it! Highly Recommend it!

I stayed here for a night on my return from Longreach. Gary the publican was friendly, his cooking was really good. I found the pub atmosphere to be friendly, non aggressive, and the locals were really open for a chat. The beers, and pokies made a great late afternoon, evening in. The accommodation was cheap, the rooms were near, tidy and the air con was fantastic!
I'll definitely be staying their again .

Couple truckies rolled in for a feed and a beer, went to order and had 2 mins before kitchen closed. Got 5 delicious parmis and 15mins later, another truckie rocked up, kitchen closed but still managed to get a good feed. Great place. Great food and great staff. A lot of other places would have said kitchens closed, no order.

Nice little pub with tasty pub meals 😋 close to everything

Nice country style pub with friendly staff. Beer garden out back. We had pork ribs & grilled barra, chips & salad that included pineapple & beetroot. Great to see this added. Reasonable price $51.

Had lunch here. Was quite busy. Seemed to be a clean and neat place. Tucker was very tasty. Staff quite friendly and helpful

In the caravan park at the back of the hotel. So far so good. A little dusty but that's the weather not the hotel. Toilets open all night. Very central.

Great pub , Awesome Owners and top rooms , the motel across the road the Want to charge me near $300 because I had a dog that slept on the back of my Ute, the the Fluor work great wasn’t impressed I was wearing .
The crew at the pub didn’t car - food beautiful and barmaids . A third of price at the motel
I have worked through out central qld for 30 years and this is one of the best hotels I have for a long time - New Owners are the guns it hospitality

Unexpected find, a very nice restaruant cafe on the main street. Great coffee
food and service.

We had dinner at the Pub on 14 April 2021 and were pleasantly surprised with the steaks ordered - the Rump and T-Bones were cooked to perfection, super tender and the Pepper Sauce was delicious.
Beer and wine prices were very acceptable and even though the steak prices were $27-30, they were certainly worth it - Thanks Barcoo Hotel, very pleasant evening.

Large clean room with lovely French doors to the big verandah. Fridge microwave, tea & coffee in the room. Very comfortable bed, great hot shower. Cold beer! Delicious steak dinner with heaps of veg for dinner. Right on the main street with private parking out the back. Good value.

Nice rooms except air-conditioning didn't work, had dinner there also ordered a steak medium rare but came out well done and cost $35 so a lot of money for a steak I didn't eat

Great meals had steak... Cooked to perfection Staff really friendly, great place to stay also.. room big, clean and comfy with own access to verandah.

Local pub with good selection of Australias favourite beers. Filled with memories over the years that are placed on the walls adds a truely local experience. Drive through facilities for picking up drinks and Ubet and other gaming facilities (pokies, TAB, Keno). Top it off with a beer garden out the back

We had the special. The ribs were great. No complaints. Staff were helpful. Need to book as we did.

We stay in the van park at the back of the hotel. Shops and IGA very close by. Had a good pub meal and enjoyed the local history.

Awesome pub and great to meet locals and traveller's.

The beer is cold and atmosphere is good too.
