We got through security very early in the morning with hungry kids and ordered food. 2 minutes later the airline announced it was boarding. Without a word from us, the staff realised what was happening and rushed our order through. In 5 minutes they cooked pancakes and eggs and put them in takeaway containers and brought them out to us. The kids ate on the plane happily and enjoyed every mouthful. Thank you very very much for this - you really saved the day :)

The two lovely ladies were serving customers left right and center while dealing with an outage on the eftpos machine which in the service industry is a total nightmare let alone the international departures of an airport! Absolute champs dealing with some entitled customers and doing their best to serve everyone :)

Waitress gave some great tips and educated me on unrefined sugar, what have I been doing my whole life! The refining process still remains a mystery to mankind, some things are better kept a secret.

Very clean and nice food

There's limited choice for refreshments after checkin and screening but I have stopped here frequently before boarding particularly when a flight is delayed and I've been pleased to have the option of hot food. The staff have always been good when I've been there. It is however expensive and there is limited seating. Tables are sometimes sitting uncleared for quite a while.

Hot expensive coffee and expensive food

Coffee is yuck and literally burn-your-mouth hot.

Pretty rough to charge $6 for a small takeaway flat white but for it to taste so bad... Just no effort put in, they have a good coffee machine, unsure where the issue lies, poor management and lack of training perhaps? Maybe the beans? Whoever owns this needs to go back to basics and build upwards and positively again as i definitely cannot recommend this place for anything apart from the bottled water.

Terrible service. A piccolo was served with the milk seperate and coffee was warm and very average.

If this place was anywhere other than an airport terminal, there's no way they'd survive. Food is pretty standard mediocre airport fare, the issue is the staff. In the 45 minutes I spent in their seating area, I overheard one staff member yelling at multiple customers. Eat before you go to the airport or grab something on the domestic side of the terminal instead of giving these people your money.

We came into the international departures and tried to order food around lunch time (11AM) before our flight boards and there were only two women working, and they told us there wasn’t enough people working for the kitchen to be open so the only choice of food was in the cabinet. ($6 for one slice of banana bread). We were served by Karen and she was extremely rude, unpleasant and condescending towards foreign people visiting our country as well as my partner and i, both being Australian citizens. Seemed like she did not want to be working here and had no basic respect for the customers she was serving. Will not be returning here and I advise other travellers to avoid it also.

Try to avoid this place, eat and drink before you enter the screening for international flights. There's only this restaurant. Staff are rude, arrogant and ask you to leave the table once you finish your last bite. Very unplasant experience and highly recommend avoiding this place. Everything they sell is overpriced and food tastes below average. Definitely not worth going at all.

Usual overpriced Airport food, but refused to cook any hot food as they were too busy. Make sure you eat out in the main terminal before you go through security.

The staff here were very disrespectful to visitors, I was embarrassed as an Aussie Citizen that this would be one of the last experiences a guest of Australia would experience, manners don't cost anything. Wouldnt of given any stars if that was an option

Stuffed up my order and at least 3 other tables too, staff can’t speak English and are hard to understand, $9 for 2 of the smallest hash browns you’ve ever seen and they’re cold.
