Grand Old Crow Hotel

Delicious meals were had by all the family. I loved the hamburger chips and salad. Perfect. Hubby had the roast lamb meal said it was 👍. Will be back for another meal when visiting the town. Thanks for the great service.

Enjoyed two delicious chicken parmigiana with seafood garlic topping. Chips very tasty and salad fresh. $20 each very good value. Staff friendly. This is our second visit this week. 2 senior meals $15 each. Rissoles mash & veggies. Roast of the day with roast and steamed veggies. Large servings.

Great place for a function. Celebrated my 40th birthday there with about 40 guests and it was just perfect.

We had dinner here on Friday and Saturday night. The food was very nice. Lovely pub food. My wife had the rump steak, and she said it was cooked to perfection. Medium, just the way she likes it. So tender and tasty. Would eat here anytime we are travelling back through Crows Nest.

I went here with a client, she couldn't stop raving how delicious her roast beef lunch meal was... an amazing atmosphere and a grand old Qld pub.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Grand Old Crow Pub and what a change.

It has undergone a huge renovation. New carpets, new beds, new blinds and top quality linen and pillows. Everything is freshly painted. The A/C works great!. There is a small kitchen and common area as well.

We stayed in Room 3 and it was very quiet. There is no noise from the bar downstairs at all. The bed was really comfortable and had awesome pillows

Tasteful classic style decor reflecting the history of the hotel remains and it made our stay a real pleasure. It's also in walking distance of local amenities.
Great country pub and really good value.

Best Roast Beef Sunday lunch I’ve had in years . Perfect roast with delicious vegetables. Half the price of Brisbane pubs and twice as good. Highly recommend !

The service was nice and fast. The food was very yummy

The hotel may look old, and the rooms may be small with just the basics. But they are clean and bed's comfortable with clean white linen. You have to share the toilet and shower, but they are very clean. Service was great friendly. The food was excellent.

Dining area always clean and tidy, amenities well maintained. Have dined in many times and found the service and food to be excellent.
Staff are very friendly, polite and show respect to all their customers.
Recommend this for a enjoyable meal or just a quick drink at the bar.

What a pleasant surprise. We dropped in for a beer while on our walk and ended up staying for dinner more beers and wine. The main bar is set up really well allows you to sit at a table but be next to the bar. Bar staff are incredible. They pour beers old style correctly with a decent head. I got stuck into the reds and I’m a snobby red drinker but I wanted to stay for another. Then out came out meals. Delicious. I had the pasta prawns cream garlic mix. Hubs had roast turkey. Both were of a high standard. I would recommend this pub for drinks and food. I look forward to returning in the winter to sit in front of the wood fire eating wood fire cooked pizzas.

We came for a Sunday lunch, very busy and possibly a hour wait. We were warned. But not an hour and worth the wait. Roast beef was really great. Great food and atmosphere. Staff were great and hard working..! Well done....

Drove from Brisbane. For a country pub hotel the place exceeded all expectations. This was our 2nd visit and confirmed our decision to visit again. Let me say the meal was perfect, ample and presented well. Surroundings were nice however I could not find a disabled toilet to access. 9 good points, 1 bad point. Perhaps I missed the disabled toilet.

If you want to have a great meal, don’t go past the Grand Old Crow Hotel at Crows Nest. 48 people descended onto the premises today ( pre booked) and everything was organised to a Tee. The room had been warm with lovely heating to make it cosy, as it was a freezing cold day. Once our orders were taken Chef went into action as no one ordered the same meals, it was across the board with Seniors Meals, Special of the Day and from the extensive menu.
The meals were delicious and very generous, there was no skipping with portions.
Staff were very courteous, polite, helpful and efficient.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Grand Old Crow Hotel.
Thank you to all the staff plus Chef, you did a great job.

We came for lunch, had schnitzel & veg with the best mushroom gravy I've ever personally had, fish and chips with salad also had chocolate pudding with cream and ice
cream, and pavlova with berry compot and cream and ice cream. OMG!!!Will def be back!!

The best bangers & mash you'll ever eat. So good. And gluten free gravy too! The staff are so lovely and accommodating, you will feel like you are at home with family. Thanks for a great night Grand Old Crow Hotel xox

Great food, great service. Friendly happy staff. Handled our group well, even though we were early. Hope to visit again, next time we travel through the area.
